I really enjoyed my meal and wine here. I ordered a salad and the duck confit. The food was amazing and wonderfully prepared and displayed in the plate. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. I would definitely stop here if you like Italian

This is quite a cosy place where you can sit around and have a decent conversation without having to talk over the music. They have an interesting menu. Looking for a lighter meal, we had the Mushroom Ravioli which came in a Marsala Sauce with Baby Tomatoes & Peas. The Ravioli was average but the sauce made up for it. It's worth a try.

My husband and I live in Austin, and we had never been to Botticelli's and figured we would give it a try. We're so happy we did! Great food. Great wine. Great atmosphere. And great service. I highly recommend eating here, especially on an off night. We went on a Tuesday at 7:30 and didn't have to wait and had an absolutely perfect experience. The Botticelli bread is a must. It's to die for. We also had the caprese salad, the mushroom ravioli and the lamb. Both entrees were cooked perfectly, and had amazing fresh flavor. I don't even eat lamb, and I loved the lamb! Do yourself a favor and stop in if you're looking for a place to eat on South Congress.

Small, quaint. Nice tables with candle light. A not too cluttered menu offering rustic Northern Italian cuisine. This is a real gem. Service was excellent, friendly with out being too familiar. A nice and moderately priced wine list. Try the Lasagna, its very very good. I had the breast of duck and found the flavors excellent. A nice dessert finished a very fine meal. This can be a great option for frequent visits or the occasional special night out.

Surprise find, had never noticed this pretty place in popular Soco area. Very friendly, non-intrusive service, and the food was excellent. I had the pollo piccata - I try the piccata dish at every Italian place - this was outstanding. My daughter had the mushroom ravioli and loved it. You have to try the Boticelli bread, too - outstanding. Will definitely be back when the weather cools off to check out the outdoor patio.

So we are walking around Congress and I needed a potty and some food. We walked in with NO preconceived notions and were asked if we had reservations. They seated us anyway. We were put on the patio where a folk duo was performing. Which was fine. They graciously offered Off as the skeeters were as hungry as the diners. Both our meals were excellent and we polished off both our plates. The waitress was attentive and the place was probably more hip then us. But we still had a good time.

Highly recommended. This has become our favorite restaurant in Austin. The lasagna is the best i have ever had, including our extensive travels in Italy. It has a crunchy top and is covered in arugula and fine parmesan cheese. All the pasta dishes i've tried are excellent My wife had the meat balls bolognese which were excellent. Although parking is a challenge, there is a new pay-to-park lot next door.

This was our first visit to this restaurant but will most certainly won't be our last. We experienced attentive and friendly service. Our entrees were all delicious which consisted of the chicken, mushroom ravioli and the lamb ribs. All plates were thoroughly cleaned off. We couldn't been any happier. I highly recommend it for the yummy food, great service and very beautiful ambiance.

We were made to feel so special..Exceptional service and wine and food. Bread and mozerella imported from Chicago is to die for and every bite of the complementary chocolate cheesecake made us giddy. We finished the night off on the back patio with live music..This is our special spot we return to again and again.

Hey cub fans yes Chicagoans Get over to Botticelli for a savorous supper. It's Rosells in a Texas backyard. Started by sharing s heart grandma's bread with great cocktails. A little salad and then fresh homemade pasta and meatballs. Good this side of Fierenze! A wee pricey but classy place. Thanks

Found this little gem by chance, while in town for Moto GP. Great ambience, awesome staff (Candice was simply superb), and the best pasta I have had in a while. Wine selection is good but could use more variety. This is definitely one of our fave places in Austin!

This is a very small, intimate restaurant with a hidden back area that is outdoors and often hosts live music. Great drinks, servers have always been on the mark and food is delicious in the Italian flare. It gets booked up quickly so might be difficult to get into without a reservation but you can always head straight to the back and, I believe, they have the same or similar menu.

It’s a small and intimate restaurant on South Congress, perfect for a date or friends. They have a nice back patio beer garden but it was a raining so the 4 of us ate inside. First you must get the Botticelli Bread appetizer. Fresh baked bread stuffed with rosemary, prosciutto, salami, mozzarella and parmesean. You could make a meal of it alone. I had the Pollo alla Picatta (aka Chicken Picatta) and it was awesome. The rest had Anatra due Maniere, (duck breast confit with ravioli and a fig sauce), Costolette d’ Agnello (lamb chops) and Filetto di Manzo (beef filet with a red currant sauce). The food was beautifully presented and exquisite. Everybody was very happy. They have a good wine selection and a real bar for an aperitif. My friend from Belgium ordered a French 75 cocktail and they made a perfect one. Absolutely a great place for an elegant dinner!

In the midst of a week of steak dinners, I was looking for a change when we wandered into Botticelli's for a drink and decided to stay for dinner. What a treat to find that unique Italian meal with fresh ingredients. From appetizers, main course, desert & wines it was a pleasant surprise for each. We'll done!

My friend and I were in town and wanted some good Italian food - we found Botticelli's on Trip Advisor and it sounded great. We made a reservation and our table was ready when we got there. Our waiter was fantastic! The main dining room is small and tables are close together, so it is a little loud, but I heard them say there is also an outside area. Outstanding wine list! We started with salads, which were huge! My friend ordered the butternut squash ravioli and I had the lamb. Her ravioli was extremely salty - tasted like it was in the pasta and not the sauce - mentioned it to the waiter who immediately took it to the owner - they found out that someone had been cooking it in the wrong water. Offered to replace the meal, but we moved on to espressos and dessert. (The lamb was great by the way.). Tiramisu was phenomenal. They comped both of our espressos and desserts - which was absolutely unnecessary and we tried to decline! We left a good tip as a thank you - will definitely be back!

Tiny indoor restaurant though comfortable outdoor weather-protected dining. Fun birthday dinner in cosy environment went very well. We brought our flowers and cake. Very professional service and the food was yummy. We all had various appetizers and veal dishes. The folk singer was okay, though not especially festive music. Good experience overall. Would recommend.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO BOTTICELLI'S! They were able to fit my party on short notice. We had an incredible time and the food was AMAZING! I personally think they have the best Italian food in Austin. It's a beautiful little spot tucked away on South Congress. It's a great place for couples as it's not a large space, so if you're wanting a romantic, intimate night it's perfect. Out on the patio is great for friends and family. The band was also really fun. If you haven't been there yet, GO!!! You won't be sorry!

We hit Botticelli's at Happy Hour and enjoyed a perfectly concocted Chicago style Bloody Mary served with a side of about 4 oz. of Lone Star. A delicious Caesar salad for $5 on the Happy hour menu was just the right mix of Parmesan and lemon. But the dish that brought us in was the RAVIOLI DI ZUCCA GIALLA-Housemade raviolis filled with roasted butternut squash served in a brown butter and sage sauce topped with parmesan and chili flakes for $22. Oh my goodness what an epicurean delight. The brown butter and sage sauce was a savory complement to the sweet butternut squash. The dish was really memorable. We ate on the outdoor patio and service was attentive. Truly we enjoyed the food so much it's like our surroundings disappeared. Highly recommend this experience.

Had dinner there last night and was not disappointed. The service was top notch and friendly. We sat outside on the patio, live music playing but not to loud to drown out the conversation. The food was very good and flavorful. I recommend the Venison gnocchi.
