This gem is charmingly historic, and invitingly picturesque. Which makes it a lovely locale for your next happy hour, everyday from 3 p.m to 8 p.m., when Heineken, Amstel Light, and Brooklyn Lager Beers are all $5, and Russian Standard Vodka is $6.

I loved this place. It was just really fun and cozy and cool. I got the cubano sandwich which was soooo awesome. My friend just got sweet potato fries and those were great too. Highly recommend if you find yourself down in the financial district. Also Stone Street is a cool place to check out.

Great food, wonderful cosy environment, staff were attentive and friendly. Located in financial district, in historic area of stone street. Basic menu ...but the food we had was delicious. Drinks a little on the pricy side, however this is is reflective of NYC in general.

Was visiting New York for about 5 days and had dinner at Stone Street Tavern. The atmosphere was great, lots of people having a great time and music playing in the background. Ordered the Tavern burger with the sweet potato fries and was very happy with it! Tasty juicy burger. Waiters were excellent too! Will definitely be back

Mainly a craft beer and ipa bar it has a good menu with various sandwiches, pastas and entrees. I had the tagliatelle ragu and my friend had the battered fish sandwich. Good pub feel to the place.

We had a business lunch for 12 people. The food was excellent. The bar itself has a fun atmosphere. And, the location on Stone Street is excellent. Definitely will return on another visit to the city.

Ate at the Stone Street Tavern last weekend and it was really great! The burgers were delicious, but the historic Stone Street atmosphere is what will definitely bring me back to this spot in the future. There is inside seating and the inside area is nice, but the outside picnic table seating on stone street is what makes this place amazing! We each got the Tavern Burger (I got no mushrooms) and it was super juicy and cheesy. I was definitely satisfied. Also, they had a really great beer list. I got the pumpkin cider which was beyond amazing. I would come back for the cider alone!!!

Set in a small historic area this tavern offers all - great food, lively atmosphere and a beautiful old building sympathetically restored to it's former glory. It's lively, noisy and great fun. Old Pearl Street and Stone Street are well worth a visit. I didn't expect to find anything like this in the Financial District.

The location is great (financial district on a cobblestone street filled with pubs and restaurants). The menu looked good and the drinks were good. Unfortunately they gave my friend a mixed drink instead of the whiskey she ordered. The bar tender gave her a lot of attitude about rectifying the mistake. It really set a bad tone for the night so we left. I'm sure it was just a one-off on a bad day. Other than the notable service the place was a cool little pub.

Taverns up and down this historic street are all a lot of fun. We went to everyone of them. Well most of them and they are all outstanding... Fun, Great service. Super atmosphere. Not to miss. Even just for people watching...

Crowded To Beat Hell and hard to move around but still a lot of fun. Mostly young people with a seldom few older on the edges. Wife chose Stone Street Golden ale And I picked Captain Aldridge which was so good we split a second draft. The ale was also good. No specials on the small plates so we didn't have any. Really good 5:00 place but as taking in different Stone St bar every nite, won't be back. Sat at the picturesque bar inside

Went here for lunch after spending the morning in the financial district of Manhattan. The location is quite nice. It's in a small cobble stoned street in Manhattan. Lot's of similar places in the same area, so you could just pick any,..... Lunch menu pretty much standard. As far as I am concerned a little bit pricy, but the food was okay.

Recent visit with my two kids, ages 15 and 21, and all we could say on the way home was "Those were the BEST burgers ever!" Now if you can say that about a hamburger, you know they are good!!! I had the Bison Burger...and will never return to regular hamburgers again. Enjoy a flight of beers with your burger and fries, you wont be disappointed.

We were visiting the Wall Street area and looking for a nice place to eat dinner. Stone Street was filled with people sitting outside at picnic tables. I believe most of the workers from the surrounding businesses were finishing off the work week (Friday around 6:30 pm) with a drink and dinner. We decided to try the Stone Street Tavern. This establishment was extremely busy and very loud. The waitress Lauren was very busy trying to serve all her customers. She did a great job fulfilling the needs of her customers. The food was just okay. I had the Strawberry Spinach Salad and I think there was maybe 2 strawberries cut up in small pieces on the salad. There were nuts ground so fine it was like a paste instead of pieces. I would not recommend this salad. If you want the busy atmosphere of after work relief, then this would fit your bill.

We were at our table At least 15 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. Unfortunately the bartender cut her finger. It took an additional 40 minutes to get our drinks. Our food arrives about an hour after we sat at the table. Don't ask for sugar, this does not seem to be something readily available, only fake sugar. The waitress never checked back after the meals arrived to see if everything was ok. So disappointed.

On a business trip to NYC, we hit SST for dinner. We all were looking for something not too heavy or expensive. The place was quite busy and the service was a bit slow. It seemed like we never kept the same server throughout the meal. We had burgers, I had the Smokehouse, wich was messy but good. They have a nice beer selection as well.

Our party of 8 spent several hours trying the many craft beers ,cocktails and appetizer's . We were there on a Saturday afternoon and Stone Street was very busy. Fun place to visit while in the Wall Street area.

SST was recommended to us by friends who live in NYC. We met them there on a Saturday afternoon and opted to stay inside though the outdoor patio looked quite inviting. Comfortable and clean venue in a very interesting neighborhood which we enjoyed without the workweek crowds.

We went there last night with friends after work and had a great time. The ambience outdoors was nice. We enjoyed the beer, drinks( pino grigio, gin and tonic and an IPA) and the sampler platter of wings, fries, beef sliders and lobster salad sliders. All in all a happening, bustling environment with good drinks and food.
