They invented the “Prosecco and Icepop,” which is probably the most delicious thing for summertime in NYC. They come in raspberry-thyme, blackberry-mint, red plum-basil, peach-ginger, or pear-vanilla.

The Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar sits on top of the Conrad Hotel. These pops deserve all the praise they get, with flavors like Blood Orange Prosecco, you are never going to want to leave.

NY is full of rooftop bars great for summer drinks and amazing views. The obvious draw to this place is the Prosecco popsicle drink. Located in the beautiful Conrad Hotel the rooftop is small and has an okay view of the Hudson with a peek of Lady Liberty to the left. However, I was there to try the famed drink. At an average of $22-25 per drink, this is definitely for a rare occasion. The drinks are strong and the popsicle is a tasty fusion of fresh fruit and either vodka or whiskey and maybe some other options depending on the popsicle flavor chosen. Take your time to enjoy the drink as you look out towards the water. Its a small rooftop, so probably better to go during the week when it is less crowded. Worth a visit!

we went to pregame, everything was great. the service and the drinks. it was an amazing night . I had to have "the drink". I actually picked the pop with the vodka however it seemed the sangria pop was most popular. next time !

It's worth going up for the beautiful views (Lady Liberty and the Hudson) - especially evening / sunset. Hotel guests get priority - at least I think that's why, even tho very crowded, the hostess / waitress always seated us. You're probably not going to want to eat here but, even though pricey, have a Prosecco & Ice Pop cocktail (or 2), just to say you did. Besides, not much of a beer selection.

A great rooftop bar to visit after a long day adventuring around NYC. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing views!! Prosecco and ice pop cocktails are $25 a pop, an expensive treat but a must!

The rooftop at the Conrad is beautiful and has a great view of the statue of liberty and jersey city. The drinks are a bit pricey ($22-$25 for prosecco and a popsicle), but c'mon, it's NYC and the concept is awesome. I had blueberry thyme and my husband had the raspberry sangria one. His was way better than mine, so I'd recommend that if you like sweeter drinks. The bartender/ servers were wonderful to talk to and the rooftop is nicely shaded from the blazing sun. It gets a little windy up there, so keep that in mind.

If you are visiting NYC and want a bar with an amazing view over the Hudson and new Jersey than you can't go past this place. You have to get in early as once the office workers knock off for the day it becomes super busy and you can't get in, best time is around 4 pm and then stay on for the atmosphere. You have to try the specialty cocktails.

Small spot, but we got lucky to find a 4 top as we walked in, rest was packed on a Sunday (or Monday?) night. Good music, nice vibe, nice views though they obstruct the views with plastic shrubs - I don't know why. But at 18$ a drink, it's kind of a visit once for one drink that's about it. My cocktail was awesome, but again, 18$ is pricey even for NYC. Check it out at least once.

Visited here as we live in the area. Great view from rooftop, outdoor seating. Restrictions to how many can be up there. That is it for positive. Food awful and overpriced Drinks overpriced Service slow and unresponsive Clientele childish and rude, so busy taking selfies of view you couldn't enjoy it there Overcrowded even though there is restrictions to number of people. Just. Plain. Awful. Never to return

We were staying in the Conrad and little did we know, this bar is a destination! We didn't know about the signature drink or we might've tried that. But the views are lovely and the people watching is entertaining. We would stop by again and get a popsicle proscecco drink!

Visited here on someone's recommendation.as the name suggests it's the rooftop bar at the Conrad hotel. Their speciality are the liquor popsicles. We ordered a wine popsicle and it's quite expensive and really not good . May be they to something different but I personally didn't like it at all But a decent place to go and sit and enjoy the little view from there.

This roof top is very nice, it overlooks the Hudson River so guy get great views from there. However it's a bit small but also cozy. We had there signature alcoholic lollipop drink, which was amazing. They have different flavors. I went for the presseco with the strawberry lollipop which was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting he city.

Went on a beautiful afternoon. It's a great view, the couches are comfy, and the drinks are excellent. There were few people there and yet it took forever to get our drink order and then the drinks themselves. I don't mind splurging on a beautiful day, but I left because I didn't want to spend more while waiting so long. The Ice Pop cocktail is fun. If $25 for a cocktail is too much for you then despite the other cheaper offerings this place has, you're kind of forgoing the charm of the place if not getting it's most high profile drink.

There were really great views and I love the concept of the drink menu. The furniture was comfortable. Overhead umbrella cover for most of the patio was nice also. My issue was that we were there earlier in the day. The bartender made our drink and then disappeared. Then another man appeared and seemd to be a server, but he stood at the bar with his back to us and sat on his phone the whole time. When the female bartender showed back up, she went behind the bar to grab her phone and disappeared behind the bushes. We would have ordered more drinks, had there been someone available. (Even at the $22+ price of each) We found plenty of other places in the area that were ready and interested in serving us.

Disappointing that this bar in a relatively quiet neighborhood with nice views is tainted by young trashy patrons spending more time talking selfies than enjoying the venue. I don't mind paying for a view and nice digs, but given the atmosphere this place is overpriced. If you have sophistication, skip the venue. Again, too bad for the hotel but they could improve things with stricter dress code. Many times there is a wait to get in unless you have a reservation. Don't wait, move on Maybe things have changed since March, but not likely to return

Overpriced, rude bartender and very small rooftop bar. If you want a view of the city, take the Path from World Trade Center to Exchange Place in Jersey City. Hyatt on the Hudson is 5 minute subway ride, and has scenic views and bar in Hyatt 1/3 the price of the drinks.

The views are great and my wife, daughter and her friend loved the idea of getting a homemade "popsicle" put in a glass of prosecco. Just be prepared for the $22 cost of a popsicle in prosecco. If money is no object, go for it! If you are value conscious, there are many other places you can visit for a view and you can go elsewhere for a drink. Their drink menu did offer some very unique cocktails and I give them credit for that. We were there at noon on a Saturday and the bar was empty because it was a cool and windy day. If you want to enjoy the sunset on a nice day, get there early to claim your spot.

The drinks are pricey but well worth it for the people watching, views and atmosphere. I bought a 25$ blueberry popsicle drink and it was amazing and I really enjoyed the atmospher.
