This was my 10th time seeing WICKED!! What better place to see it than on Broadway!! We loved the theater, very cozy. Staff was very friendly. We sat 8 rows back from the stage in the center!! We really enjoyed looking at all the artifacts in the theater, a lot of history. I would definitely recommend if your in New York to not only see WICKED but browse the theater. After the show I waited to get autographs. I got several, the cast was very open and friendly. Took their time to take pictures and give autographs to everyone in line.

My husband and I were fortunate to see a performance of Wicked at the Gershwin on our first trip to NYC. The performance was an unplanned treat, a lower priority event that proved to be a totally awesome experience! We walked to and from the theater from our hotel (Row NYC) and the experience was truly memorable.

It does not have the beautiful architecture some of the older Broadway theatres have. Wicked was as I expected, no more no less. I've seen it several times on tour and it was as good as the others.

We arrived at the theater a little early so that we could look around. It is a beautiful facility. We saw Wicked and sat 5 rows from the stage. The seats were fantastic. The play itself was amazing. My husband and I both agree that it is our favorite one that we have seen.

Good show but not my favourite, excellent costumes and a lovely theatre, ibut be warned if you want the rest rooms make it quick otherwise you are locked out of the show for approximately 10 minutes and have to make do with watching it on a screen. There clearly isn't enough toilets because women were being sent to the gents everyone was panicking and rushing. One other thing make sure you take a coat because the air con was very cold.

Relatively new theatre with modern, nicely tiered, spacious and comfortable seating. More restrooms than other theatres as well. Easy to use and non-crowded escalators. There is room for everyone without feeling cramped. The theatre is a show in itself. It has a Hall of Fame, displays, artistic lighting and embellishments, and plenty of seating in common areas. Some staff are nice and others down right rude. The concession stands do not offer as big of an array of options as other theatres do, but they do have slushies! However color appropriate the green slushies are for the theme of the show, they aren't very tasty. I wish other shows had a chance to perform there because it is such a great theatre, but Wicked I'm sure will stay for many years to come as it is a good show (not as good as Groundhog Day!Which unfortunately only has one week left before closing at August Wilson theatre). It'd be nice if all theatres were as nice as this one. Minskoff comes in 2nd, but Gershwin looks like it will remain in 1st place since developers just aren't building modern theatres.

Came here on the last night of our trip. Absolutely amazing!. I have also seen the show in london a few years ago and obviously there are differences. Loved Gerlinda the best, very comical. Would definately reccomend

We saw WICKED there. I've seen to so many plays. It's one of my favorites. The theater was very modern. Escalators. Elevators. Friendly staff. We sat in Mezzanine. First row. Our preference. No one in front of us. Great view. I'm 51 and I still used a buster seat. It helped me view the play over the protective metal bar. They sell alcohol, non alcoholic drinks and snacks. There was a 15 minute intermission. Appropriate for all ages. Dramatic and comical.

Saw the show twice in the West End in London and since coming to New York for a holiday a viewing of the show on Broadway was certainly happening, loved every minute of it and great venue.

If you love Wizard of Oz you have to see Wicked..... This was one of the best shows I've ever seen! It puts a whole new spin on why the Wicked Witch is who she is! Our seats were in the Orchestra level right side row U seats 2,4,6,8 and were awesome

We stayed an extra night in town so we could catch a show and this theatre was great! The stage setup was awesome. We had Q26 Q28 seating which was the front row of the walkway. The place was clean and polished with a great drink bar. Super friendly staff and a very cool experience!

Saw Wicked at the Gershwin Theater, it was phenomenal. If in NYC, highly recommend seeing it. The theater is clean and nice, they have concessions for all ages. Women's bathroom at intermission was horrible as far as wait time. A lot of people had to wait 10 min after act II, to re enter the theater.

Me and my partner visited New York in October 2016 and booked to come here to see Wicked. The theatre itself is nice and the staging was so good as for the show it was so good and the actors were so good. During the interval and before the show you can get a drink from the two small bars that are set up although it does take a little time to get served when busy. Would recommend this show you won't be disappointed.

This production of Wicked was amazing. Sets and actors were top notch with amazing range and acting abilities. Must see Broadway show.

We visited NYC on our honeymoon, and with me having never been to a show, my wife surprised me with tickets to Wicked. The theatre was great. Comfortable seats and extremely friendly staff. The show was very good, and the two leads were fantastic. Would revisit.

We were in town on business and decided to treat ourselves to a night out on the town. We purchased tickets for Wicked and had a great time. The majority of the seating had good views. It was an awesome show.

Went to see Wicked, we purchased our tickets on line and met the company the site to pick up the tickets. We got there 15 minutes before current call. Our seats were in the Orchestra area and in the last row, it was nice because there were only 3 seats and room for a wheel chair. We even had our own door to go in/out. The staff was very helpful as well and made it enjoyable.

Beautiful theater, a treat to go inside. Despite being fully booked the process of getting everyone inside and seated was smooth. Loved the show "Wicked", the voices of the main characters as well as the dancing, the props, and the atmosphere. Time went by much to quickly.

We went to see Wicked at the Gershwin Theater and it was so beautiful. I've never been to a musical on Broadway and I'm so glad that I picked the Gershwin Theater to be the first. The theater is so easy to get around and to find your sits. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our seats were in the balcony and they were perfect. We could see the play beautiful. Amazing is all I can say!!

Wicked was our first broadway show in NYC, and I was not very impressed with the Gershwin. I was hard to hear the performers (and we were sitting in the middle row about 15 rows from the stage).
