We visited for the very first time. The employees very attentive. The salada, sushi, juices, desserts, and cookies fresh. We bought sushi and was delicious and fresh. When visiting NYC, try to stop by Dean & Deluca.

I stopped by for coffee and dessert. The chocolate ganash was pretty decent, although it had pieces of foil in it and appeared somewhat "used". Coffee was just cold and customer service was quite rude. I have gotten a mini-lecture how and where I should order dessert next time. There will be no next time.

You can get anything here! The vatiety of fruits and vegetables is very good, chocolates, desserts, flowers, name it and you can get it here. Everytime I come to NY I go to Dean and Deluca to grt sushi and buy some chocolates.

I called in to this place to buy some food for a light meal in my hotel. The prepared food looked good - so I bought some roast chicken pieces (cold), and a baby tomato and mozzarella salad. The chicken tasted of nothing. It had no flavour at all, or possibly it tasted like tofu. But it had no flavour that I could recognise as chicken. The salad also had equally no flavour. The tomatoes were dry and the mozzarella tasted of nothing. I threw the lot in the trash and walked around the corner to grab some Lebanese take-out. Sorry, but if I feel like throwing away $12, I'd rather give it to a street person next time, than spend it at Dean and DeLuca.

We stopped in here quickly for some snacks while shopping in SOHO. All of the grab and go options were amazing! Perfectly portioned. I had chicken salad, a cheese plate and some Indian shrimp and all 3 choices were great for a quick snack. We stood at a high top table and ate before hitting the streets again to shop till we dropped! Great location with delicious choices!

If you are regular visitor in Soho you must visit this Place. What ever you like to eat is there.is becoming more supermarket than gourmet place it used to be. Fantastic variety of food and flowers Great place to grab a food on your way home. The Employes are nice and helpful. Only 1 thing....it's really expensive But I love this place :)

A Big shop, like a Big Market with great Sushi, cheesses, meat, salads, bread.. and all made right there. you can buy whatever you like and they have tables ( no chairs) where you can eat anything you bought. Fresh food and great service

Then it's great. Usually too busy talking to bother. There are a few standout lovelies and then the sullen clique of regulars.

... D & D has maintained a quality in baking and produce that is impressive despite the expansion to all points. ever since the great start on Prince St they have kept at it. Marvelous for snacks, quick bites, take outs...

The candies and baked goods are so special here. Hand painted cookies. Lego shaped candies that you can actually build with.. before you eat them! A loaf of chocolate bread- I didn't even know it existed and it was amazing! Gluten free sugar cookies. Authentic turron from Italy! Gummy bears .. and gummy lobsters! and these are just the sweets. From the deli you can have a lunch suited for a king or queen walk out with it in a handy white box if you want to eat it later- grilled grouper and sautéed Bok Choy is what I had but it was difficult to choose. The D&D Cubano is pretty good but unlike a Media Noche it's on a hoagie instead of Cuban bread and didn't have many sliced pickles. One important note: bring lots of funds! The prices make Whole Foods seem like a steal but the quality, special finds and the selection are really unparalleled; all in a clean and friendly market/deli setting and all the while conveniently located in Soho where you can spend the day shopping at every imaginable store for a great brands, many in their own flagship stores. Employees neatly dressed in white, kindly serve samples and ask you if you found everything during your visit. It's really a treat and if you're a cook you will love the huge rack of spices in tins. Dean & Deluca definitely completes the NYC Soho experience!

It's a good size location with a train station right next to it. Overwhelming to have so much to choose from of quality items but even water seemed like so many options. The quality is always great. Just wish had more time to try more things.

this place is really not special, you can find their products in every basic grocery in Italy or in France. they should have select their goods with more attention. it is not a selection of fine products it is more like foreign basic/bad products that are sold for 4 times their original price....

Dean and Deluca was Eataly before Eataly was a twinkle in Mario Bataly's eye. It is what every neighborhood would like to be. Every item in the store is as if it was hand-selected from the best of the best. There is also a nice selection of cookware and serveware. Don't go hungry or it will cost you a pretty penny. The prices make Whole Foods look like a discount market.

At first glance Dean and Deluca looked like an overly priced version of Starbucks, but looks can be very deceiving! Step inside and you will discover everything you could ever think of for breakfast, brunch, lunch or just speciality coffee and a cake to keep your energy up for pounding the New York sites. A vast array of coffees, fruit juices, fruit, filled croissants, muffins, pastries....on and on....this is where New Yorkers eat. A little more expensive than Starbucks, but hey, you can get that in any city and I wanted to experience New York. Look out for the lemon drizzle muffins (share between 2 as they are enormous!). The white hot chocolate was delicious.
