They serve a delicious matcha cream puff. It's topped with craquelin, filled with white chocolate mousse, and best eaten upside-down.

I just loved this place as a restaurant concept. Its a merge of a Asian bubble tea, french like pastry and American coffee shop, taking all the best aspects, putting their own twists on each thing and dishing it up. All the staff seemed to be Asian and many of the customers but I couldn't tell if it was more of a locals place or being frequented by tourists. Either way, we got a cream puff and scone alone with two types of iced coffee and went down the street to eat. I like the service and the POS system was quick to take payment. The line moved even though the place is a bit cramped. Really cool place Id recommend to anyone.

I heard a good thing about the cream puff and really wanted to try as it is my favorite dessert in Japan. While beard's papa is also good, this cream puff had more cream and earl gray flavor was amazing. It was big so I split with my bf but I wanted to have more after eating :). Their matcha drinks interesting as they use a real whisk for making matcha and mix with different things. I didn't try those but could be interesting to try out. I highly recommend the cream puff! I wish there was more place to sit. The line is pretty long!

I was lucky to find/pick this wonderful little cafe on W 51st Street. It's small, but has a few tables and a few counter seats. The coffee drinks are excellent, and to-stay drinks are served in china cups, not paper. The pastries are really amazing -- I had an excellent egg custard tart! Prices similar to all the other fancy coffee shops in Manhattan -- but worth it here.

Great matcha jasmine lattes; available with almond or coconut milk too. Lovely bibble quiche. A lovely calm place just near times sq. Loved the atmosphere here. Didn't try the cakes but will be back!

Had an amazing triple berry pastry here and iced coffee. They have a great selection of different treats and sweets. Cute little shop and a few tables for seating. It was very busy on a week day morning, but we managed to get a table.

Staying near the Theatre District? Skip Starbucks people, got up 8th to explore before leaving town and found this coffee shop. The iced Jasmine Matcha Tea was so good, and my latte (basic I know) was just perfect. No bitter aftertaste and the atmosphere was incredibly cute even though bustling with Bibbling people. If the Alpacalypse is coming, run to Bibble & Sip for the best cup of coffee or tea and great munchies. I recommend the Earl Grey infused banana bread. YUM.

Outside, there is a really cool window with writing on it that is very photogenic. Many options for coffee and tea, I went with a basic cold brew but my friend tried the green apple tea (green apple in the big apple haha!). There is an alpaca focus which I'm sure has a further explanation, but we weren't there long enough to find out. Like many other places in NYC, lots of customers and very fast paced. Worth checking out!

The only real son I have this place 4 stars instead of 5 was how long it took to get my food. For any food item that needs to be heated, it is not quick - this is due to the popularity of the place (there was a line out the door 3 minutes after opening) and inadequate equipment. I saw everything that had to be heated being heated in a little toaster oven - just one. If you don't mind waiting 15+ minutes for your food on a workday then I guess that's not a problem. Other than that, no complaints. My food, when I finally got it, was delicious.

What a great little sweet shop. The macha cream puff was excellent as was the chocolate cake. Very crowded but with the wait. Give this place a try you will be glad that you did.

This was our best meal in the city during our trip. The space was quaint and stylish. The servers were friendly, attentive, and informative. While the menu was limited, the food was amazing, and the wine list was well-designed. We dined early so we could catch a show, and the staff was very accommodating. I can't wait to get back.

Stopped in before our off-Broadway show for a sweet treat. Delicious torte, fabulous brookie, and tasty tart. Loved the atmosphere and the alpaca mascot. :) Friendly, efficient service.

If you're planning to visit here for their cream puffs, please note that they do not start serving these until 12PM, which is a bit ridiculous.... Aside from this, their cream puffs are tasty. The matcha puff had good matcha flavor, the chocolate was not excruciatingly chocolate-y and the sesame puff was decent. The coffee and drinks are better than most. At times there can be a line out the door, and the space inside to sit down is very limited. The service does keep the line moving, which is always a plus.

Yes, we came for their Matcha Cream puff and was amazed! It is so light and not to sweet. I could eat 2 of these (they are huge!) in one sitting. Their Earl Grey Panna Cotta is also to die for!

Tried their famous cream puffs. Bibble & Sip has interesting flavors like Earl Grey. Way better than I expected. Not excessively sweet and the cream is very smooth. Give a try.

Came here after lunch and the place was crowded. A few minutes later the crowds dissipated though, and items that have sold out were restocked. If you have your heart set on a particular dessert, ask if they're bringing more of them out. We had the lavender latte, iced latte, and earl grey cream puff. Because the lavender latte was sweetened, I found it too heavy for my taste. My husband's iced latte wasn't sweetened, and he loved how the "roastiness" of the beans came through. The cream puff was excellent and had a crunchy top and creamy middle. Note that cream puffs are only available from 12 pm onwards. Service was great, and the place had a nice vibe to it.

Waited a long way ahead for the matcha puff since seeing it on insider travel. It did not disappoint! Matcha puff was great, but the lady behind the counter was a bit irritated. Think it was too busy.

WOW! The desserts were fantastic, the passion-fruit iced tea was wonderful, the staff were excellent. It was packed when we arrived, but all the staff were pleasant and efficient. It is tiny inside, but they have two benches outside so you can sit, sip and people watch. Highly recommended!

I was staying nearby and had a conference a few block north. Rather than eating stale pastries at the hotel, I popped into Bibble and Sip. I got the everything bagel croissant and the brûléed tart. Both were fantastic but the EBC was amazing - shatteringly crisp and like nothing I'd ever tried. The seating area was really cozy and comfortable. The counter help was great and my order arrived super fast. Highly recommend.

Cozy place with only a few seats. We went when cream puffs not on sale yet (available only after 12pm, and before being sold out) so did get a seat for a sit-down coffee and panna cota; we kept the glass container as souvenir. Very good coffee and very nice seats. Will return some other time for the puffs...we did visit in late afternoon, when unfortunately all puffs were gone...
