This buffet restaurants will satisfy your every need; meats like fried chicken;ribs;barbecue; steak; catfish (more fish on their Friday Seafood Buffet)but also baked chicken and fish; casseroles; but the vegetables table is truly beautiful;okra, three kinds of corn; greens with ham;beans of every kind;beets;mashed pot and gravy;rice; huge salad bar; desserts; a good place to satisfy everyone; waitresses always cleaning table; not rushing you price is right I think $7.99 before four, slightly more after; not sure of children rates but must be as reasonable and when you are all done; rocking chairs to relax on outside.

Definitely not an upscale buffet, but the food was good. They had everything from beans and rice to chicken and dumplings (the noodle kind rather than biscuits found elsewhere), a very good turkey and gravy dish, pork chops, ham among other entrees. A very nice salad bar and a separate fruit bar. A wider range of desserts than you might expect. The German chocolate cake, although sweeter than I liked, was better than the brownies which were a little dry. Instead of napkins there are rolls of paper towels on the tables. Very nice people from the young woman taking your money to the cooks to the managers who went table to table checking on you.

Oh my goodness this food is sooo good! It's the ideal place to go for REAL southern/soul food. It is a buffet style restaurant and it has more choices than any place I've ever seen. Bring your empty stomach and enjoy southern/soul food at its best.

I have visited several Ole Times, but this was the first opportunity in Savannah. The product is consistent and reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong!

For what it is this place is really good. As a low cost buffet it fills the bill with a huge selection of tasty foods. The fried fish and chicken were good enough to require seconds and the waitress was on top of it, picking up plates the second I finished. I highly recommend this place for lunch with more food than you can shake a stick at.

We had eaten here before on one of our other visits to the area, and now it is on our list of places to eat when we are in this area. One of the best buffets I have ever been to. The selection, the atmosphere, the staff, the food, the T Shirts, the price, all great. You can't go wrong here. This place is as good as it gets.

Was really hungry and wanted somewhere I could walk to from my hotel (.4 mile). Setting is a prior Ryan's buffet. Went around 7 PM on a Wednesday and cost was roughly $12 with a drink. Let's face it, buffets are cooking for the masses and typically do a few things really good and most just average. Food was kept very fresh. Fried chicken and buffalo wings were really good and on my plate for seconds. Collard greens were great. Mashed potatoes, and green beans had good southern flavor. Didn't try everything but some of the other items were typical buffet standards. Was a little disappointed in the BBQ based on reviews, but I guess many reviewers are not used to the exposure of BBQ I am in central GA. It was in big cubes, kinda tough with decent smoked flavor but nothing special. Desserts were typical buffet restaurant selections. If you want a lot of food at a good value and don't want to wait, try it out, but don't expect some revelation from any other buffet other than more traditional southern foods.

I really enjoyed everything I had on the buffet. The meats were tender and cooked just right. The vegetables were seasoned well and the desserts were mouth watering. The tea was good and the eerver kept my glass filled. You get a lot of good home cooking for a good price. I will definitely go again while I am visiting Savannah.

If you like solid, home-style country cooking then Ole Times is the place. Their buffet is packed with every conceivable kind of meat, vegetables, salads, and deserts. The flavors are always right, and the food is always fresh. If you walk away from this place hungry or dissatisfied, then something went terribly wrong. For $11 dollars, this is a great place for lunch. Despite the crowd, you can always find a seat. Beverage service is prompt and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I've been here twice, and it's very nice to see how diligently the staff work to keep the buffet stocked with fresh hot food. You can find good meals by watching to see where local families eat, and this is certainly one of those places.

For those not faint of heart or stomach, this is a REAL Southern style buffet. Oxtails are generally on the menu and any other southern coastal seaport dish you might want. Go hungry, leave happy and full , yes even at lunch.

Great value, taste and variety of southern foods. Service is excellent, food is always hot and fresh; great selection of vegetables, meats, salads and desserts. Can get a little crowded most days so get there by 11:30am or after 1:00pm. They serve my favorite drink, Pepsi!

This place is located on Stephenson street right off Abercorn, make sure you google the address. It was packed with people the buffet is bust but they have the best southern food around town. I had Catfish, Ribs, cabbage, black eyed peas, Greens, potatoes. We made meals to go, piled high with food for three, is cost us 30 dollars once they weighed it, we ate it for three days while we were there, this was our dinner.

We were amazed at the size of the place. Hard to believe there would ever be a wait to be seated. The chicken, corn-on-the-cob, and tomatoes were the very best. Plenty of choices of fish and desserts. Busy, happy servers. Plenty of choices on the buffet.

This place is great. Lots of vegetables. Clean , good service. Food is fresh. We were there for lunch. The soups looked very good, but it's hard to eat hot soup in the summer, but this winter it will be a good fit.

Excellent variety on their buffet! Everything was cooked well, the presentation was wonderful, we'll laid out. It was clean and the staff was nice. Kylie was our waitress and she never let our glasses get empty or our dishes stack up. Very impressed with the quality of the food and the selection!

On this trip we have eaten at 3 different southern buffets. 2 of which I regreted eating at, but not this one. Not exactly the best southern buffet in the the world, but worlds away from those other two. I was overwhelmed by the choices of southern home style food to eat. I did not over eat, that was hard, but did eat a little of this and that and would come here again.

We go to Ole Times at least once or twice a month and are never disappointed. The variety of vegetables and meats are always well prepared and plentiful. I am not a huge fan of buffet restaurants - this place is the exception! All of the food is fresh and seasoned well. The staff does a great job of keeping the buffet clean and stocked. The dessert bar and salad bar offer great selections. I recommend that you skip the salad bar and try a sampling of all the vegetables. Pork chops and pulled pork are awesome! Save room for peach cobbler!
