The Guinness Wings appetizer starts the show. We eat a lot of wings (and make our own award-winning wings) and these are some of the best flavored wings I've ever had. The beer flavor seemed to ooze out while you were eating them. They are baked so are crispy without being dry. We also had Blackened Tuna Tacos and the Shrimp Lettuce Wrap. The red chile mayo on the wrap is really good and has a nice kick. The tacos were good and spicy as well and went great with the Harpoon Brewing UFO and Jekyll Brewing Big Creek Kolsch. Recommended!

Food and service were amazing! We came for lunch after church! Tuna tacos and Cuban sandwich were delicious!

We didn't expect too much when we found ourselves in this modest looking resto in a prime tourist area. But it was late and we were tired from a long day so gave it a try. The meal we had was a highlight of our 2-week trip. Ahi Tuna bits cajun app and one of the best Red Snappers ever tasted And a lovely friendly waitress. Would return if we get back there. Glad of our discovery.

This was a quick stop in for lunch. The mahi burger was awesome. Order it as rare as you want. The smokehouse burger was great as well. Tried the crab chowder and it was amazing. We will come back again!

Really enjoyed this place with the family. Dan was so friendly and attentive. And they have widow Jane! My husband's favorite whiskey!

Weekend nights are not ideal in Savannah tofind a spot for dinner. We wandered River St. looking for a local place with beer and seafood on the menu. Glad we stumbled into here! Great blackened fish on the menu and an ample low country boil that was better than most I had later on the vacation. Good service, good pints, nice tap list, great all around.

    a. My family and I ate here over a long weekend in Hilton Head & Savannah. We had several choices and we wanted to eat on River St. Overall the food was good but the place feels a little touristy. Our server was great and the experience was good but I felt like we were getting a little ripped off.

One evening while traveling found us in Savannah. I've been to many Savannah eateries through the years, but have never been here. Visited on a Sunday evening and it was still packed. No big wait for us. We were escorted to a nice table in the rear. We enjoyed the crab corn chowder. Perfectly seasoned. Then on to grilled shrimp and veggies along with a near perfect crab cake. The portions were good as well as the value. We sat at the bar for a bit and our bar neighbors shared a chicken tender. The best I remember ever having. So, the shrimp, chicken and chowder were great. Key lime pie? Adequate. Try something else for dessert. You won't be disappointed.

Our family of 5 ate here on April 7th. We were able to walk right in a 6:15 p.m. and were seated right away. We had the best waitress, Skylar, that we have had in a long time eating out. We weren't rushed and the staff was super nice. Get the salmon fettuccine. Best I've ever had and the portion was enough that I could split with my 13 year old son and still be full. My 15 year old had the Guinness Wings and loved them as well.

The brick and stone interior is outstanding. Cuban is very good, especially the dipping sauce. Shrimp appetizer is sweet and a little spicy. Great service.

The servers didn't seem to know who's meal went where and would place food in front of diners only to have to return moments later to tell that patron that they had someone else's meal. It was a large party (14)...but they didn't seem to have a system for figuring out what to put in front of whom. The place was very noisy and the servers would walk around and around behind the seated patrons yelling who ordered this, that and the other thing? Last call for such and such. Really? If the patron wasn't listening, or couldn't hear...then the food/drink was headed back to the kitchen? Chaotic at best...I wouldn't go back there...my food was lukewarm (fried seafood)...yuk! Even the mashed potatoes were lukewarm...overall, another disappointing meal in Savannah...they obviously are overwhelmed and just don't care...who cares about all those tourists and their dollars anyway...we should all go home and not bother them again - right :(

Had the peel and eat shrimp and I got perfectly prepared shrimp in a delicious flavorful sauce with crusty bread. It was so good I was tempted to lick the bowl it came him.

Seafood is fresh - I will say that. Drinks were not worth the price. Wedge salad was good- fresh lettuce and toppings. Crab cake sandwich was really good - chicken tenders were good too. Fries were gross and cold - service was very slow.

We were visiting Savannah in March and wanted crab legs. The on line review in TripAdvisor recommended Barracuda Bob's Bar and Grill. It was on River St., right on the Savannah River, the most touristy place in the city. We were one-time visitors, like many other people, and the food didn't have to be good. But it was. Our snow-crab legs were delicious! We also enjoyed alligator gumbo, cole slaw and corn on the cob. In a place like that, the service also doesn't have to be good for one-time visitors, but it was. Our server was polite, friendly and helpful. The food came quickly. The only thing we didn't like was the atmosphere was dark and the building was old and it didn't make a great environment for eating.

Great food! Great service! There were 9 in our group on a Sunday at lunch time. We got right in and had very quick service. Our server was wonderful!

First of all the server was great. The music was too loud. Pub atmosphere. Grilled chicken sandwich war huge and tasty. The people with me ordered salads. The were large also but the lettuce was wilted. They had to eat around it.

While it doesn't provide a view like a couple other places on the river, the food and service are good. I had fresh tuna steak tacos that were to die for and yummy fresh hand cut fries. Reasonable prices

Great location, fantastic food, and first class customer service! Anna was friendly, attentive, and made great suggestions to compliment our meal (even found white vinegar for my father's fries). Our bartender Dan knows his pints, and could carry a conversation from music to Savannah history, to hockey. I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Barracuda Bob's to anyone and everyone in or traveling to, Savanah.

Very good food and service here. It is located on the River Walk section of historic Savannah. Many other places we checked out were quite expensive and the menus were all similar, so we picked Bob's instead, for some comfort-style eats. Burgers, etc... All very tasty, especially their french fries! You have to try them!

Brian was great. Studies and knows all there is about different drinks. Hooked us on to 261 Ghost Coast vodka, which we went to do the tour the next day. He was fun and inviting.
