All rooms and suites in this Southwest-style resort offer spectacular views of Sedona’s red rock country. Made of adobe casitas in the Boynton Canyon, it blends into the fiery red rock cliffs, with views from its 218 rooms and suites featuring interiors that are inspired by the surrounding terrain, looking out onto undulating canyon walls and green cottonwood trees.

We were there for lunch which was excellent. The wait staff was attentive but not pushy. The scenery was memorable.

We all loved our steaks, perfectly seasoned and grilled. Our waiter was attentive just enough and made for a great night with their professionalism and knowledge. Need steak? This is your best option in town.

My son got married last weekend in a small family wedding (11 people). As part of the weekend, we had a dinner the night before so both sides of the family could meet, and the restaurant they chose for this dinner was Che Ah Chi. I was in charge of the plans, and the people at the restaurant could not have been nicer. I reserved a nice table well in advance, they sent me. Wine list tore view and choose from, and we were able to order off the menu. The resto is about 15-20 minutes outside town, and is up in the mountains, so if you are planning to have a few drinks and will be out after dark, it would be safer to think about taxi service. They also offer a free shuttle service, which we made use of. it held 9 guests. I highly recommend it. The resto has a deck that has a beautiful view of the mountains, and is ideal for seeing the sunset. As for the food, everyone was very happy. They have a wide variety of both appetizers and main courses. The lobster bisque is a long time favorite, and was delicious. They also have a black bean soup, but it was not on the menu that night. For my main course, I had scallops. Other choices included a flank steak, snapper, and several others. Again, everyone enjoyed their meals, and the waitress was both knowledgeable and friendly. All in all, it was a great start to a wonderful weekend.

Evening started off good but quickly went downhill. Service was terrible, waited quite awhile for our meals which came out lukewarm. Waitress came around to check on us once after receiving our meals then completely disappeared. We had to ask someone to remove our dinner plates and a water boy to bring us coffee and dessert menu as our waitress completely ignored us. We waited patiently for the bill and eventually got up to find someone. Very disappointing as we were celebrating our anniversary.

My wife and I were on vacation at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona and decided to celebrate her birthday at Che Ah Chi on the last night of our visit. We set high expectations for this dinner and we were not disappointed. Upon entering one can not be impressed by the decor and ambiance. We were met almost immediately by our server, Constance. Constance turns out to be one of the most exuberant and knowledgeable servers that we have ever met. Her familiarity with the exhaustive wine list and cocktails created the right tone for the meal. After cocktails that were served in the tallest martini glasses I have ever seen, we ordered the lobster bisque. It was served cappuccino style with a frothy seafood foam on the top. Simply delicious , Thank you Constance for your recommendation. The shrimp and pasta entree along with Bronzino special were presented nicely and prepared with attention to every detail. Portion size was also quite large which left no room for dessert. All in all, we would certainly return to Che Ah Chi upon a return visit and my only hope is that Constance is available, her enthusiasm is unparalleled.

We stopped in for breakfast and the first thing I noticed was my dirty coffee cup. My husband had a something floating in his water glass. Not a good start, but the pancakes were good and so was the veggie omelette. Nothing special just your basic breakfast items. Came for dinner and was so disappointed. It is a beautiful location but the food and service was terrible. We shared the $15 arugula salad and it's too small to share. There was one thin slice of manchego cheese cut in half for each of us. Husband ordered the chicken with risotto and it was very dry. I ordered the pork chop medium and it was served well done. I refused to eat it and we complained to the manager. Our dining experience was so bad that they comp'd our meal. If you're staying at the Enchantment, I would come for a drink then drive into town for dinner.

This restaurant had excellent service, beautiful views, and great food. I'm planning another trip to Sedona to come back to this restaurant! Robert was the perfect waiter, would recommend this to everyone!

We had a dinner 40 min before sunset. Red rock in front of our table looks gorgeous with the red color of sunset. Server was very kind and intimate and all of his recommendations were perfect. All of dishes were very nice.

i thought the service was slow at any time we went except for the dinner hour, which was Excellent service! Breakfast/lunch/happy hour was ridiculously slow! Tomato/cheese Flat bread was horrible! too salty and plain. Server came over to open bottle of wine and bring food and then disappeared until we requested bill.

We had never been to this restaurant and stumbled on it via Open Table....what a find! Now, note that they only serve breakfast (if you don't mind eating breakfast later in the day, not a big deal)....and dinner, no lunch in this particular restaurant, but do not let that stop you from visiting! Service is exactly as you would expect it to be...perfect and very helpful and friendly! The view?! Absolutely gorgeous!!! The food (breakfast for us) was so delcious and fresh! This would DEFINITELY be a restaurant that we would return to (and you get an opportunity to see how beautiful the Enchantment Resort is)! (AND.....we were given a delicious chocolate cake to celebrate our anniversary!)

Breakfast was Delish. Friendly service. On weekends they may have a breakfast bar. The views from the inside dining area are breathtaking

The food here is pretty good. A little too much salt for my taste, and quite pricey. But the view...oh, what a beautiful view! I added a picture, but even that doesn't do it justice. So do come to enjoy the amazing sunset, the stars, a storm rolling in...and enjoy some food while you are at it.

We looked on trip advisor and saw this place, drove up to a private hotel type place in secluded canyon, security asked us how they could help as this place is swish, we said we were going for a drink and they said no problem, we had only and drink each and just chilled looking at the amazing view, wasn't the cheapest but not anymore expensive than most bars really! Defo worth a visit!

My husband and I dined her twice during our stay at Enchantment. Overall, nice place, beautiful views but the food was just ok. A bit overpriced for the quality of food. However, great services, on both nights servers were excellent. Explained all the dishes, suggested wines that would work well with the meal and we were never rushed between courses. One of the waiters was Robert. Excellent dinning experience with him. Entrees are between $30-40. Wines by the glass ranged from $12-22.

went with friends for breakfast this morning. very slow inattentive service. the bill was sent back three times because of mistakes. huevos rancheros was very disappointing. a tiny slice of avocado, 1/2 teaspoon of cohita cheese, a fried tortilla and lots of sloppy sauce with a few black beans. an english muffin that was soggy. mimosas that were mostly orange juice for $12.00 each. ouch !!! watered down coffee. enchantment has changed for the worse over the years. we are done with them. too many other good places in sedona to choose from.

We loved our views from this lovely resort. Wish we'd stayed there, but the food on our visit was certainly worth the drive. We had great service, and the scallops for me and halibut for my hubby were top notch. It was also my birthday, and they gave me a yummy complementary dessert!

Good news and bad news comment. Goodness is that the location provides a great calming place at sunset and the servers are very nice. Bad news was it took a very long time to get the glass of wine( 30 min). The dinner was not good. The prime pork chop was overlooked and barely warm. The vegetables, corn and squash, were wilted and had been sitting too long. The wine selection was good but very overpriced. The server was nice about the situation and apologized . I suggest you go for the sunset and eat at one of the other fine locations in Sedona

Whole family enjoyed the food and Vegan option appreciated for my daughter. Pricing is expensive but for special occasion wanting a stunning view it is worth the trip.

This is our favorite restaurant in Sedona. Beautiful drive up the canyon to the resort, valet parking available, inviting entry with lighted arch covered in ivy. The lobby is sophisticated and refined which leads to view 180, a wow lounge with the best views of the red rocks. This hall leads to Che Ah Chi. Sous Lindsay really went the extra mile to prepare a wonderful meal that met my dietary restrictions. Having a wonderful meal is a special treat and on my birthday made it extra special. We have been coming here since 2002 after our wedding for a intimate family reception. They continue to exceed expectations year after year! Thank you Lindsay and all the staff who make this dinning experience a true stand out.
