Was Staying at the Hyatt Regency and walked out of the hotel on Friday night and stumbled across Cicada! Fancy, organised and clean night market with food, art and all kinds of little bits and pieces. Not to mention the awesome band that plays both English and Thai well known songs and are very good! On every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from 6pm to 11pm. Highly recommended.

First of all, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing!! What a great place for an evening meal, so many food stalls selling a huge array of meals and other delicious things! Live music and a bar to go with it. Highly recommend if you're there over the weekend (only open Fri-Sun). If you're getting a taxi, get out as you join the traffic and just walk up - the market seems to cause a traffic jam that's not worth sitting in!

It is a weekend night market, around 3 km from city centre. Has upscale feeling with a live band performing mainly famous Hollywood numbers. Famous among locals n tourists and has many good local stuff for shopping though bit expensive side as compared to the other night markets in town. There is lot of street food stalls too. A fun for weekend for young n old alike.

Not your normal nightmarket selling the same ol stuff. This market offers unique handmade items including clothing and home furnishings. Food also a highlight here and while eating you are serenaded by a local quality live band. Make this the must go if you visit Hua Hin.

This Cicada Market is very nice to visit during Friday to Sunday. We could easily access the place by taking local Green Songteow from Hua Hin Night Market (starting point) or along the Phet Kasem Road after Hua Hin Night Market. I visited few times to Cicada Market; enjoying the artist painting and artwork; also the handmade items. My favourite shop is Bantaktor, which is the handmade doll and product by knitting & croachet. According to the shop owner, this handmade product is coming from Chiangmai. Reasonable price to buy this a great Hua Hin souvenir for home deco.

Good place for local shopping and hand made stuff (although things aren't cheap). Many things to eat and drink, live music and street performances.

Enjoyed the art and craft, music, and food. This is the number one thing to do when in Hua Hin for good reason ! Stall owners were not pushy at all, and an excellent variety here, not like other markets which tend to stock too many of the same goods. We went on Fri, Sat and Sun night! It is only open these nights, please stop in if in Hua Hin, do yourself a favour.

Great place the spend an evening at the weekend. The live music can be heard no matter where you are, with lots going on to complement the relaxed atmosphere. This place is a night market with a difference, no pushing or shoving, but lots of one of craft stalls, artists creating real time and tonnes of food to try. The food system is a bit different at the mowing part, whereby you first by tickets so the stall holders don't handle money but it works well and you can get the money back for any unused. The place is much bigger than it first looks so leave time to look around, there is a side market with more typical stalls and food outlets that don't take tickets. Definitely worth going to - get the 10 beat bus from the Hua Hin night market and try the coconut ice cream while you're there.

Local handmade and personalised products can be found here. Something different from the average tourist markets. Live entertainment is really good. So many food choices. Just a short walk from Regency Hyatt Hua Hin.

Best night market in the entire Thailand in my opinion. Love the artsy feel surrounded by awesome Jazz music especially the fantastic live band at the cozy park. Do plan your have your dinner here as well cause the array of sumptuous selection of food is amazing. Just let the aroma guide you to the food area.

I falled in love this art market, there have many things for us such as many shops to sale of art product and the most of food street and one area of live music with chill out bean bag to sit down and listen to the music. Especially the band name is Pump-Rang, the singer is fantastic of her voice and entertainment. My son and I always visit the Cicada because of to listen this band. We are fan club of Khun Pangrum, the singer name is Pang-Rum.

They have live jazz music in the back left corner. Get there around 7-ish and you can get a seat, 3 hours of awesome music. The market is also fun. Wide open spaces, not crowded at all.

CIcada Market in Hua Hin operates on Friday to Sunday evenings. At the market you can find a variety of local foods. My favourites being the oyster omelet, spring rolls and Thai curries of various types. There are also stalls with clothing, art work and souvenirs.
