The corrner of the restaurant set aside for our webcast was superbly set up_ quiet and private. Enjoyed the dinner and service was thoughtful and efficient.

We were these days twice here for drinking something on a hot afternoon. Beer is ok, but what I saw on food served to other guests and the menu list didn't make me hungry. Only if you are at KLCC and you are thirty, this is one of the better places there (unless you walk to one of the 5 Star Hotels)

Chinoz on the park is an excellant restaurant where the staff are extremely polite and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble nd they absolutely look after you very very well. The menu caters Dorset everyone and the situation is next to the fountain display in the esplanade. With the lighting in the evening it is brilliant .

You'll struggle to attention from staff here. The food is decent in terms of quality and price. The juices are mainly ice with a splash of juice.

Non-vegetarian local food is not explained in the menu (roe, anchovies, etc). Omlettes were bland. Food came out at different times. Smoothies and tea are good.

I just have to say the food in chinoz never fails me, I always love the Italian food here and the hostess and waiter are friendly. I visited couple of times before when the waiter was really frustrated due to rush hour and weekend, however a Monday evening dinner is delightful.

I enjoy going to the KLCC branch. Food isn't fantastic but the location between the Petronas Twin Towers and the ambience can't be beat! And then there's the branch at Bangsar Shopping Centre (BSC). OhmyGawd! Food really is mediocre or very average at best. And the service is just really awful. The waiters are not attentive and when sitting inside there's really no service! Seriously! They really need to buck up with the service. It's practically non-existent. And the food isn't good enough to make up for the lousy service either!

Visited here for dinner had house red wine which was served in a dirty glass. The burger was very greasy. The waiter sighed when I asked for wifi code - which he gave me- but it didn't work. Won't be back

I have been going to Chinoz quite a few times at the Bangsar location. The food is quite good, great portions. The biggest let down is the service and staff. In the mornings particularly on Friday, If I want to sit inside, I have a massive struggle to even order because there are no waiters roaming or looking out. They need to improve their customer awareness. The waiters are Ok, but the female manager is absolutely rude and intolerable. Not welcoming, not nice and that's why your restaurant is empty a lot. I stopped coming because of that, for about 5 months. I came back the other day for the first time since the latter, and everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, they got my order right, they were very aware and efficient (I will also note that there was a different manager on shift). I came back again today on a Friday, thinking I'd recieve the same service, hoping Chinoz picked up their sock. Only to come back to the same, unfriendly female manager and lax service. Not happy. But my roti canai was great!

We enjoyed a nice breakfast here. The Roti Canai was wonderful. Nice coffee too. The location is right next to the Suria shopping centre and so an ideal spot to start a days shopping!

We tend to stay around KLCC. While the (expensive) breakfast at traders is supposed to be good, I find it complete but overrated. Both options, breakfast (a la carte) or lunch (sandwiches) are really good, eggs benedict and the salmon scrambled eggs are recommended. Staff very friendly and attentive. Can't decide if breakfast is better than lunch. The time you get out of bed decides that for you, breakfast before 11.

Our last visit to Chinoz was two years ago and without hesitation we went straight to it as a place to grab a meal. Good to find that Chinoz lived up to our memory and expectation. The staff are very attentive, courteous and efficient. A wide selection on the menu mainly western and very good. A very popular restaurant with many just having a drink. Mid range pricing and good value for money.

I have to be fair the food and ambiance are the main factor of this restaurant. Nothing outstanding in service side. They have great package with champagne which very affordable.

Although I am frequently in BSC as it is my local neighbourhood mall I hardly end up at Chinoz. My recent lunch there reminded me why; service have not improved and the same sour puss waitress still there. You know who you are! The only one that do not even bother to make a slightly pleasant face and simply just put the plate of mains and sides wherever she feels like it. And as for the rest of them please try to be more attentive. It is annoying and ruin a perfectly good meal when you are vying for their attention with various hand signals.

This is a nice place to meet for discussion as setting and atmosphere are great. Prices for drinks are reasonable and they provide good service

A group of 8 family/friends went to Chinoz for lunch, and this is our collective review. 2 rated it as below average, 4 as average, and 2 as very good. Apparently the steaks and pasta were not up to standard, but salads and starters were very good. Drinks were not bad at all. Location is perfect: facing the KLCc fountains:

I've tried most of the restaurants in and around KLCC, and I keep coming back to Chinoz. I've brought guests here from overseas, and everyone seems to really love it. The food is interesting, generous and delicious. I'll be back.
