We stopped here for lunch on our way to the Colosseum - glad we did! The panini were generous in size and fresh. I ordered the fennel, orange and black olive salad which was super fresh and tasty. They have a selection of drinks and also make fresh juices. Overall, good quick stop for lunch - would visit again.

That's not a waffle! It does not deserve a "waffle" in the name. I'm sorry to say it but I don't reccommend this place for a quick sweet snack.

Anyone who has ever tried the real belgian waffle, dont take this one into your stomach. Its reheated, stif and sugar-overdosed. And smoothie? Well...eat the fresh mango and you will serve better at lower price.

Popped in for a bite on the go on our way back form the Roman Forum. We had walked miles, and by mid afternoon we were ravenous! Time was short, so we just needed a little bite on the hoof. So glad we chose Pronto, its great! We had two paninis and a couple of bottles of water and it is ridiculously cheap, but so tasty and fresh. The kitchen whipped them up within two minutes, so we had time to sit in to eat and enjoy them. A very friendly lady manning the main counter served us, and she had her work cut out, serving us whilst whizzing up a smoothy at the same time, and shouting the orders through, she's got it all going on! Really nice decor too, light and bright, and country modern. Really enjoyed out brief visit.

My husband and I stumbled across this place one cold January day. I was already hangry and upset that it was cold outside and we couldn't sit on a patio somewhere with a glass of wine. My husband ordered the Romana and some other sandwich. I had one little taste of his and I decided to eat his whole sandwich. I then ordered another one. Two days later we went back for another Romana, now two weeks later, I sit at my desk back in NY and I can't stop thinking of that Romana sandwich. I am daydreaming of the flaky warm bread and delicious ham. I must have another, so please do yourself a favor and eat here for me. Oh and it's not that expensive, they take credit cards, have free WIFI. It's a small little place but I bet in the spring/summer you can grab the sandwich and eat outside.

Excellent sandwiches for a reasonable price. Offered a nice change from the tourist traps we saw nearby. Sandwiches came out quick and they didn't disappoint.

Perfect little spot to stop and reenergize while you roam the streets of Monti. Grab a delicious panini and smoothie for a light healthy and fresh lunch.

We visited twice for lunch and were not disappointed. Home made soup was hot and delicious, and the paninis were very flavoursome. Great design and friendly staff, and good value.

After all the pasta, and gelato and ham, I needed a quick and healthy alternative. Great sandwiches on whole grain bread, a juice bar and lots of veggie options. For us it was a perfect stop on a long hot day

We have been to Rome numerous times but today we were being taken around Rome by a local Italian friend and his 2 children, (8 and 11). We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, (11,15 17). After 2 hours of walking around, our friend brought us to this lovely restaurant/take out. We had a mix of smoothies, detox juices, fennel juice and orange juice, salads, salami boards and panninis and all were delicious. A lovely change from pizza and pasta. This had a lovely modern fresh feel, right in the centre of Rome. We would definitely return.

The food we had was okay, but the price is quite high in my opinion. An average-size salmon sandwich for 6euros? And a Tall-size (imagine how Tall a Starbucks drink is) smoothie for 5 euros? It's just overpriced. The pluses were that the place looks decent and the staff was super friendly.

We stumbled upon this place while walking from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain on a hot summer's morning. We could not have found a better place to meet our needs. The food is fresh, well presented and very tasty. We had an excellent pannini and a pino grigio but could have had a more complex meal if we'd wanted to stay longer. Another plus (which in Rome is a big one!) is a clean toilet downstairs!

Pronto was a half block from our hotel and we found it to be a great little place to stop by for a snack and a drink on our way home from sightseeing (or whatever) mid afternoon. For 8 Euro, you could have one drink and all you could eat at the mini buffet - salads, snacks, pizza. Service was fun - the staff remembered us after one visit and greeted us like we were regulars. No pressure to pay and very generous with their pours.
