Un buon ristorante cinese in centro, ottimo a livello qualità/prezzo!

We ordered 3 dishes and each dish came in 30-40 minute intervals. They only rushed the 3rd dish because I had already asked them to cancel the order. Will not be returning here and will tell our friends visiting Florence to avoid.

We left with happy bellies! Probably not the best Asian place in town but if you're hungry and not too picky it will definitely do the trick ;) We both enjoyed what we got, cashew chicken (labeled almond) and seafood noodle soup. If the weather is nice, sit outside for a view of the Duomo. The prices are reasonable, we got two main courses, drinks, a side & an appetizer for around 30€.

Stopped here for a lunch and a change of pace! Excellent sushi, and thai food! Had a wonderful beef pot and thai soup! Staff was polite and offered good suggestions!

Really sad to say, but during my short visit several things happened that would never have been tolerated when I worked at a highly rated restaurant long ago. First of all, I was given a menu, and only when I asked if there were any specials of the day was I told that "well, we also have an all you can eat" offer, and given a second menu listing them. I can't help but suspect they may have feared I might eat more than they like. When I ordered some meat and asked if I could order greens as a side dish rather than rice (despite reading the entire menu carefully several times I saw no such dishes,) I was able to, but when it came time to pay I learned that the veggies cost 25% more than the chicken. A good and competent waitress would have mentioned this at the time of ordering; I paid a tiny bit less than I would have for the all you can eat, but got much, much less. It shouldn't come as a surprise that I was also charged a contorno, which is perfectly acceptable in italy, but which I didn't see mentioned anywhere on the menu, despite assiduous reading. It's possible I missed it, perhaps because it was in microscopic print, but in well managed restaurants these prices tend to be disclosed in such an eye catching manner that you can't possibly miss them. The money really doesn't matter, but it sucks when you come to believe you just ate food prepared by people who were playing games with you. I felt that even for the location the prices were pretty steep, in any event could not have less desire to return to a restaurant where the staff appears to play games with its customers.

Sick of Italian food, we hunted down a Chinese place close to our hotel (not realizing there are dozens of Chinese restaurants in Florence). This place was very nice. We were the only non-Chinese people in there but they spoke English perfectly well and were very helpful when we said we were vegetarian -- they checked to make sure we were okay with egg in our fried rice. The portions were reasonably-sized but not excessive (a nice change from the massive portions in the Italian restaurants) and extremely tasty, if a little too oily (maybe that's why they were so tasty!!). The spicy eggplant in particular was phenomenal. We were very pleased with our choice. The only complaint (other than the oiliness) was that they didn't give any crunchy noodles of any sort to start with. I'm sure we could have ordered them, but we're used to getting them automatically. Of course we were probably better off without the extra calories. :)

Our food was average and a nice break from Italian food. I prefer my sushi cold unless it has just cooked tempura in it and their sushi was rather warm. No frills about the servers either - they do their job. Like many places, it was hot and had very little air conditioning and they had a lot of mosquitoes.

It was like they were trying to create Asian food but missed the point. Not sure if we are spoiled in Australia with Asian food but this definitely disappointed. In comparison it was more expensive than a lot of restaurants in Florence and the portion sizes were very small. Would not bother giving them a second chance.

We went for the lunchtime all you can eat €15 deal. Each person can order up to 12 dishes from a selection of Chinese and sushi dishes, although 5-6 should be more than enough! There was plenty of choice for the vegetarians and all the dishes that came out were fantastic, without exception. Friendly service, great value for money and highly recommended.

We had the 15Euro eat all you can eat lunch menu. Between the four of us we had 2 meat eaters, a pescatarian and a veggie. The menu had something for all of us. A mix of thai, chinese and japanese. For those of you who want a break from pasta and pizza, perfect spot...

Great traditional Chinese and Thai. Service was excellent and server spoke great English. Meat, seafood, and veggie dishes were all super fresh. Atmosphere was hip, clean, and we loved the music selection. We ended up eating there twice during our 4 days stay in Florence because it was so good. Tried several different dishes and everything was superb. Definitely recommend for those looking for a break from traditional Italian dishes.

not only is the service terrible but the staff is rude and unprofessional... also the sushi had way too much rice and hardly any fish!!! i would rather pay more just to get some fish in the rolls... i went here out of convenience and it was a terrible idea.

Very good food and a great selection from fusion to Cantonese and everything in between. Our service was good and we did not have a long wait on Christmas night. A cozy atmosphere, not expensive, and close to the Duomo.

We had a good meal in Miss Song I also like the fusion with Vietnamese dishes (now that it seems that there isn't any Vietnamese restaurants left in Florence). The service is a bit of a confusion with dishes arriving or late or all together but is a place where I will be happy to go back. Prices are reasonable but the wine by the glass wasn't good (and that is a compliment!!!!)

We love Miss Song, particularly their lunch menu. Until recently, the offered an all-you-can-eat lunch menu for 15 euro, but now it's been changed to twelve items. Don't worry, though, the portions are sizable and unless you're eating just sushi, a dozen is plenty. The menu features a wide range of Chinese and Japanese offerings. Starters include dumplings and asian salads; three soups, including a very good hot and sour soup; main courses include rice and noodles served with meat and seafood, we love their Shanghai noodles; there's also tempura fried shrimp and vegetable, which is excellent, perfectly cooked; wok dishes include chicken, pork or shrimp cooked in different asian styles; I like the shrimp cooked in a spicy sauce with vegetables. There's also a good range of sushi; nigiri pieces with fish and rice; maki rolls, and temaki hand rolls. All the fish is very fresh and quite tasty. Desserts include various ice creams (gelato) along with fruit. There is a good selection of wine, beer, and soft drinks, along with tea. All of the portions of the main courses are quite large and beautifully presented. The service is excellent and some of the staff speak adequate English. Living in Florence, Italy, we love Italian food, but as Americans, we like some variety. When we have a desire for Asian food, we like Miss Song very much and would recommend it highly. Its location on Via dei Servi is very close to the Duomo and an easy walk from the historical center of the city.

One of the better fusion restaurant that we have tasted around here. Service a bit slow although not much customers.

We're living in Florence for a few months and have had many fabulous pasta meals/florentine steaks/pannins. Craving a bit of asian we headed here today on a wet Saturday afternoon. It is very close to work for us, we had come once before with collegues. Now this may not be the norm but it would apper asian restaurants in Florence run on the business plan of 'all you can eat' for a set price. You order off a specific menu for this. It was hard to follow the normal 'ala carte menu' as some prices were not listed against the items. So lunch from the 'all you can eat' menu was 15 euro's per adult, 10 euros for children between 4 - 10 years old. Not a cheap asian meal for a family but when its good we're happy to pay. We're not particularly interested in 'all you can eat' but we do like good asian food. Our 10 and 3 year old particularly love sushi, dumplings and noodles. The 'all you can eat' philosphy is potentially is a good business plan if you are the owner. Not so good if you are the hungry customer. Items ordered don't appear, the waiting staff on the floor are trying their best, language between all staff is bit of a problem. Staff working on the other side of the bar appeared to be completley indifferent to any queries addressed to them by us. Basically we were blanked. We arrived for a late lunch, (1.30pmish) At around 2.30pm we had ordered some more items in addition to our first order (as some items hadn't appeared) and after 30 minutes queried what the hold up was. Finally the 2nd round of items appeared. When we queried that an item from the first order had still not arrived, we were told at 3pm the kitchen had shut. We were sitting at a table towards the back of the restaurant near the thoroughfare for staff to come and go with orders/cleared plates. The tension was palable. Plates were dropped and nobody on staff seemed to care about their fellow staff member. The staff on the floor were very apologetic about our experience. But I suspect it's not the first time. We won't be back, which is such a shame as the food when/if it arrived was good. But the indifference of the staff, with the exception of the wait saff on the floor, was unacceptable. Cynically I can't help thinking that the 'all you can eat' is a money spinner relying on kitchen staff 'not understanding' your order thereby you never receive things.

I thought the food was really good here and €15 for all you can eat is good value, service was fine too.
