Located right next to the church, this is a decent park. It claims to be a spot that St Patrick, the British "Apostle of Ireland" baptized many in the 5th century and there is a monument and sign there but other historical information suggests not so. In any event, you should make a quick visit while you are visiting the church.

Nice place to have a little rest from city noise under the walls of impressive St.Patrick Cathedral.

This is a place to visit in view of the history of it. It tells the story about the church. Only a bit sadly that it does not seem to be complete and at some point they just put some items to show with no underlying story

this is the big garden next to St Patrick's Cathedral. Its a nice garden to walk through with a small fountain if you wish to walk around in the cold.

You can't miss this nice little park just in front of the St. Patrick's Cathedral. We didn't stay long as the weather wasn't warm but enjoyed the view of the cathedral from here.

Easy walk from the main street and well worth the trip. Take the tour - it is very informative - stay for the service is you can.

Located on the grounds of St Pat's cathedral, the park is a great place to take kids. Loads of kids were released from their parent's clutches at the edge of the park and made bee-lines for the play structures. Obviously a well-loved place!

Playground for the kids, a nicely groomed garden, and a wall of floral tributes to reknown irish icons. One of those places you happen upon, and smile. Take a moment before visiting the Cathedral to enjoy this green space.

This park is really cosy and neat! Has lots of spaces for little ones to play football and Frisbee. One thing that I don't like is that people have to pay admission to walk inside the St Patrick's church! I think that's not very appropriate!😑😑

After stepping back in history touring St Patrick's Cathedral, it's lovely to walk through the gardens of St Patrick's Park. This is a great place to sit, have some quiet, enjoy the flowers. Great for dogs and children alike.

I use to work nearby and loved going to the park here on a sunny day, great park, popular but not too full and plenty of places to sit. There is a cafe that opens up within the park too but personally I don't buy from it as I find it expensive.

This well-maintained park is adjacent to St Patrick's Cathedral. It was busy when we were there with a number of people relaxing in the sun and kids playing in the small play area. It has benches and is a good place to sit after visiting the cathedral. It's also a good place to grab a photo of the cathedral. A green and pleasant enough space.

Inside of the cathedral is a little expensive / busy, so if you're on a budget you can get 70% of the experience just being in the park.

A small and bucolic place in Dublin to chill out. Perfect to enjoy the summer laying down on the grass or simply stroll around the park.
