    Went for an early business supper at this vibrant brasserie/restaurant in Trinity Street Good selection of meats including county Wicklow venison. Great broccoli with almonds and hazelnuts.

    without a reservation, on a busy Saturday evening, three hopeful diners were warmly greeted and although it was evident that seats were at a premium, after a brief consultation, Maitre D and an expert waiter deftly guided us to a corner table and patiently waited and explained the menus; we all had different tastes and food interests. We got excellent recommendations on the food, with a little help on choosing the wine, crowning our overall experience; a veritable taste sensation; we were each delighted with our meals (cod, salmon and venison) and the un-hastled manner our waiter responded to our unhurried, requests, enquires and eventual choices. Well done Pichet

    Had a great meal with 6 friends recently in Pichet. Everything was great - the service, the food and the ambience. It’s my 1st time back since the remodeling and place feels great. Perfectly placed to have a good night around the city

    We enjoyed a dinner at Pichet during a visit to Dublin. The menu is continental and varied. The food was tasty and did a good job of integrating local sea food. The cocktail menu was creative. I'd go back to Pichet if I were in the area again.

    We ate here on a Sunday night and we found the evening faultless. The restaurant itself is classy and the food outstanding without being fussy or pretentious. The service was also faultless; very attentive but not overbearing. Prices in Dublin aren't cheap and this restaurant wasn't excessively priced when considering the standard of the meal enjoyed. To top it all, they asked for comments when we booked and we had mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. As we didn't order dessert, we were presented with a taste of two desserts on a plate with a message wishing us happy anniversary. Trying this restaurant is a must. I would recommend without question.

    I had always wanted to visit Pichet in Dublin but only recently got the opportunity. The menu was an interesting one and pretty high end, lots of things on the menu that needed explaining, put it that way. I really liked the generous portions of bread. The bread was divine, two or three different types, including focaccia and sourdough and there was lots of it. I had a lovely starter of Country Style Terrine, Foie Gras, Beetroot and walnuts For my main I had Hereford Prime Shortrib on top of White Onion Risotto, with Roast Onions. Divine! The portions are not exactly big, so you wouldn't want to come here starving, it's just not that type of place. It's a bit on the pricey side, however, they do a really good early bird menu, and the food is nice. It does what it says on the tin. Not entirely overwhelmed but nothing to complain about either at the same time. Good place for corporate dining, it's not rushed, and you can enjoy a nice leisurely meal at your own pace.

    A really lovely dinner, good suggestions when asked waiter as I was undecided. Friendly staff, know their stuff. Great wine list. We both enjoyed all of our meal... even though we didn't need the desert we shared!

    Ate here with the fiance for a mid week early bird and it was amazing! The restaurant is located just off Dame Street in the Southside city centre where competition for trade is undoubtedly tough, but this place really stands out. On entering it has a very stylish bistro feel to it, the staff are really friendly and there is a cocktail bar to watch the world go by as you wait for your table. As for the food, it was fantastic. I had the terrine for starters which I loved and she had the beetroot. For mains I had the beef risotto and she the smoked chicken. Both of us really were impressed. We shared a chocolate brownie sundae for dessert and had two very nice coffees. Our server was an exceptionally friendly lad who had a great way about him and made the meal all the more pleasant. But the food was the undoubted highlight of the visit. Without doubt one of the nicest places to eat in Dublin.

    I loved the food here but make sure you have time to spare! They make everything from scratch so the meals take a while but they are worth the wait! The process of getting a table was rather unorganized and they didn't check in often but the quality of the the drinks and the food made up for it! Definitely worth the price but high quality means the price was high too!

    This restaurant charms you the instant you are greeted by the darling hostess. The ambiance is perfectly French bistro with a twist of Irish. The service was outstanding from the first order for champagne and fresh oysters. The special appetizer of roasted beets delighted the taste buds. We are proud of finding this wonderful little gem near the city center. Pichet should be high on everyone's list for lunch, dinner or both!

    Chic French bistro, very friendly staff; bread to die for, had the sea bream for mains ( with some extra bread) and pamacotta for dessert, would highly recommend!

    We had a great dinner here off a recommendation from an Irish coworker. I was hesitant to go because of the location. But the food was great. We had starters, mains, desserts. Started off with espresso martinis and have a nice bottle of red. The specials of scallops for starters and lamb for main were favs. The staff were also super friendly and great! I'd go again when in town.

    Selected this restaurant based on TripAdvisor reviews and it lived up to the best of them. Dined at 5:45pm on the 3 course set menu. The food was excellent all the way through. I had onion soup which came with onion broth and onion coated bread. My partner had the terrine. Both awesome. For mains I had fish and my partner short ribs sharing broccoli and new potato sides. Food was excellent, service was excellent, ambiance was excellent and company was excellent :) Would definitely recommend - great job Pichet.

    After a fruitless search over the road in Temple Bar, we spotted Pichet, wondered if it might be OTT for lunch, then entered. What we found was a great little restaurant at the formal end of bistro. Excellent cured salmon or heritage tomatoes to start, well cooked belly pork or fish to follow. Well kept interesting cheese to finish. A good wine list with glass, carafe or bottle options. Attentive and professional staff. Only negatives being placed at a cramped table in a nearly empty restaurant and the tip fishing on a closed card machine. Great value, great food and away from the temple bar crowds.

    This restaurants severs good food, and there is no doubt that the cocktail list is extensive, but the atmosphere was a bit too pretentious for my liking and the prices were steep for what they were serving. I had duck breast which was delightful and came with a selection of vegetables, but for the price it seemed quite basic. It was very busy on a Friday night, much like the rest of Dublin but the service was quite quick considering. I would recommend this for a special occasion.

    My husband and I wandered in by chance and boy am I glad we did. The restaurant was busy. They had a table of 50 coming in soon. The host had us sit at the bar for a few minutes while he found us a table. The bartender was friendly and made great cocktails. Everything we ate was delicious and obviously made with care. Service was excellent. The host the waitress and the bartender worked as a team. The only hiccup we had was having to wait a little while for the check, not a big deal. I would have gladly come back every night of our vacation. Definitely the best restaurant experience we had in Ireland

    We enjoyed a delicious lunch here. I loved the heirloom tomato salad. Another standout was the pork belly cassoulet. Service is friendly and efficient. I hope we get back to Pichet.

    Found this place behind our hotel by Temple Bar, and decided to try. Were more interested in local cuisine and this restaurant had a French influence. We all were incredibly delighted with all aspects: go to bar first for cocktails (many tasty concoctions ) then go through whole menu of courses, do not skip any - portions amply satisfy and leave room.
