Obviously tacos are the focus here, I'd recommend the trying the fish at least once.

We'd pre-booked dinner here but when we arrived asked if we could cancel because of the loud music that accompanied the weekend of celebrations. Couldn't hear ourselves think! So I'll rate them for being so accommodating and understanding.

I enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. The manager was very welcoming and polite. The staff were great and the food was yummy. Only thing I must fault is the price. It is a little too much for what we got.flavours were there but the portions were too small for the price. However saying this I would go again.

I arrived after my friend who already had her menu and I waited at least 15 minutes until I had to ask for the menu... The waiters were really unwelcoming and acted like they didn't want to be there. We had to always ask them to come and pick up finished plates even when they come to give us new dishes they just don't clean up. Same thing happened with the dessert, they didn't ask us if we wanted any so after 20 minutes I asked for the menu. I don't understand, if you don't want to be here, don't work. So many people are looking for jobs and would be happy to work and be pleasant to customers!!! I think it is a shame that the service ruined my lunch with my friend as the food is always so delicious. I hope they will change their staff because it doesn't make me nor my friend want to come back even if it is my favourite Mexican restaurant.

I go to Taqueria often with my wife and one year old. Highly recommend the tacos, especially the plantain and chicken milanese. Staff is very friendly and accommodating for families.

Don’t expect a typical Mexican restaurant like you might find in the US, known for microwaved food with sauces out of a jar. The food here is really good quality, artfully constructed and beautifully presented. Tastes of each item and of the salsas are amazing blends, with the right of amount of spiciness. We come from a family of chefs, so we know that their chef is doing an awesome job - kudos! We enjoyed the 3 salsas with chips, the fried oyster appetizer, chicken tostada and carnitas tacos. All were amazing. That said, price was a bit high for the amount of food you receive, but not terribly out of line. Sizes are most like what you would get at a tapas restaurant. Atmosphere / decor is a bit bland, but waitstaff were polite and accessible. Food and drinks came out quite quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed and will certainly recommend to our friends.

I visited for the second time in 3 years this place and I was delighted to see that it hasn't lost its vibrant vibe, great food and cocktails! This time we tried many types of tacos: steak, soft shell crab and chicken as well as a couple of quesadillas (mexican chorizo and al pastor)..everything was delicious! We accompanied our food with a selection of mezcales and a couple of cocktails! This place is not ideal for large groups or if you but they now take bookings so you can plan you visit there. It is not a place I would go frequently but these 2 times I visited I had a great time and looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Was visiting London for a night and my friends brought me there. There is nothing like it in my home city of Dublin. I was blown away by the flavours and fresh ingredients. Pork Belly, Chicken Roadside and Prawn tacos were out of this world. Recommend the cocktails too!

Nice place in Notting Hill that have a variety of cocktails and beers to enjoy. But we came here primarily for Tacos, which are expensive in general in London (They cost around the same anywhere you go in London). It was around £8 for a dish (contains 2 tacos). After 2 dishes each, all of us were full and satisfied. Definitely get the fish tacos and the pork belly (the two favourites amongst us) but there is a variety. The staff were really nice and attentive to us, so not complaint there

The best one is the watermelon margarita. It is truly delicious. I always think margaritas, just as mojitos, are very disappointed but that one and the hibiscus ones were truly fantastic. The ceviche was very good but I'm not sure it's quite my thing. I've had a taco which was also very good. The staff is very pleasant and professional. However, the portions are quite small and pricey. We've had three small dishes + two margaritas + a carafe of very nice white wine = £69. We left a bit peckish while we've already had a starter nearby. But you can really give it a go, it's worth it. We had a very nice time.

I went with my sister and brother in law for a quick quite bire during the week. We were sited near a party that was extremely laud and we couldn't hear each other and when I asked to the manager if he could politely tell them to be quieter he said that shouting wasn't against the restaurant policy and he was sorry but that was it. We couldn't do nothing else but leave asap with our dinner ruined. Food was below average with lots of unnecessary souces. I won't be back

We have been traveling Europe for 3+ wks with 4 kids and I am a complete foodie and this was the best meal we have had in weeks! We had the roadside chicken, roasted Jalapeno, and crab tacos and they were all delicious! Also tried the fried oysters and ceviche tostada and they were super fresh and so yummy.. the Paloma is fantastic!! My kids are good eaters and they thought the food was awesome... we will definitely return!

I am Mexican and had been hearing of this place for months before going. What a terrible mistake finally deciding to go! Tacos al pastor soaked in chipotle sauce is NOT Mexican, and cajeta is DEFINITELY NOT chocolate syrup. I still have yet to know what the best Mexican in London is. But at least I now know one that is not!

Rude service in an overcrowded restaurant with low quality food. They brought the wrong order and the food had a poor smell

I don't know why more people aren't shouting about Taqueria from the rafters. It's been around for longer than the trendy new tacos joints (El Pastor, Corazon, Breddos, etc.), and it's WAY better. Staff are awesome, food is to die for! Tacos served in either hand-made tortillas (SO good), or lettuce wraps if you want to bring any carb-fearing friends. Prawn tacos were my favourite of the bunch.

I wanted to try this place for so long and I wasn't disappointed. The food was just sensational: everything was so tasty, fresh and made with good quality. The only thing I would say is that if you don't like skin or fat on your chicken, don't take the chicken taco. The menu has so much to offer and I need to come back to try the rest of things I wanted to try. Please don't change the high level of standards you have because you guys are the best Mexican restaurant!!!

Our first night in London and we walked to this restaurant. They kindly squeeze us in and it was one of the best meals I have had. The margaritas were fantastic and the tacos!! We know good tacos from living in California and these will forever be the best tacos we had! Prawns and crispy carrots...oh my!! I will dream of this place!

I had the potato and green chili tacos and they were delicious! It was nice to have a real vegetarian taco that was not just beans.

I had the best passion fruit margarita cocktail and the food was tasty and fresh. Treat the menu like tapas, where you get 2 or 3 dishes per person. Great place to share. Has a lively buzz, low key decor and often a wait in the evening but well organised.
