A friend bought me a voucher for a Burger Afternoon Tea. We pre booked our reservation, and spent over £70 to travel to London, turned up and the restaurant was shut due to refurbishment. Absolutely shocked that nobody got in contact with us, refurbishments are planned and we were able to book this only 5 days previous! We traveled across London to their other branch in Chelsea, only to find that was shut too. Gave them a call and a rude man picked up the phone who didn’t care about the situation and displayed no signs of caring. I asked him for the contact details of someone who I could discuss it with, only to be told that they wouldn’t get back to me anyway because there isn’t a head office etc. This was not a one off, as a mother and daughter also turned up. I’m left out of pocket, with nobody willing to discuss this further. Disgraceful way to run a business.

Fries with truffle is something to die for! Amazing burgers and massive hot dogs. My husband said this is gonna be his new favourite place to eat (after my cooking hahah).

No frills but really good burgers. Tables for couples, groups and window seats for singles. Service can be a little slow at times but otherwise alround decent place.

Juicy burger, beautifully pink, served in a soft brioche bun. Mac 'n' cheese, bubbly and unctuous and the Parmesan truffle fries are mouthful upon mouthful of cheesy wonderfulness. For my money way ahead of Pattie & Bun and while Meat Liqor's Dead Hippy is a great burger, their dark interiors and dominant soundtrack give Brgr the edge.

Food quality and prices reasonable in an area swamped with choice!!! Contemporary look, relaxing!!! Parking minutes away, trains / Buses London standard.....

The meal was nice, but average compared to other burger places in London. I really liked their sweet potato fries.

We got bought BuyAGift vouchers recently for Afternoon Tea at BRGR Co. and it did NOT disappoint. Between 2 people you received 3 slider burgers each (beef, chicken and salmon & prawn), sweet potato fries & chips & onion rings to share, accompanied by 2 delicious dips. 3 members of my party were able to change their burger fillings to accommodate tastes/ allergies. We were also permitted to either a glass of prosecco, soft drink or milkshake. I went for the strawberry milkshake and clearly a lot of time and effort went into making it look pretty! There was also good reviews for the prosecco. The care and attention the two male employees (sorry didn't manage to get their names) showed our table was beyond expectations. Dessert consisted of brownies, marshmallows and strawberries drizzled in chocolate but the star of the show was definitely the burgers. Would without a doubt recommend and return! thanks guys!

We booked an afternoon tea for something to do for our anniversary. We went to the brgr co in Soho and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had been walking for quite a while and it was really hot we were earlier than the time we had booked but we wanted to just sit down and we were accommodated and made to feel relaxed! This was the second time we had visited and the first time of trying the newly designed afternoon tea menu and it was AMAZING! It's so well worth the money and such a different thing to do. The burgers tasted soo good! And the dessert was just incredible the best tasting strawberries ever - haha! It was just all round amazing and thank you all for a lovely experience and we will definitely back again!

Lovely place for dinner! Beautiful design, tasty food and amazing staff. Me and my wife had a dinner in this restaurant last Saturday. The food was delicious, piping hot and served by friendly, efficient and smiley waitres named Ana. I recommend truffle fries and cheese dog- best one I've ever had.

I've been back twice now so thought I'd leave a review. Both the hangar burger and the chicken burger are deeelish and the truffle fries are incred. The team are all legends and I'd one hundy p recommend this place if you're in Soho for lunch (never been for dinner but I imagine it's pretty much the same)!

A decent burger but it should be for the price. £30 for two beers and a burger and fries is at the top end. They do try and up sell plus they whizz your plates away before you've finished. It's easy to eat as well cheaper or to have a more relaxed experience for the same price.

Me and my partner have tried all burger places in London. This place is by far my favourite. The meat is fresh and seasoned to perfection. Buns are soft. I like my burgers juicy and they are just that at BRGR. Tasty, juicy, fresh, yummy. It may be a wait to get seated in you come in a rush hour. Try to get there before 6pm or after 8pm.

We had the afternoon tea option. You get 3 mini burgers each, 1 beef, 1 chicken and 1 salmon. 3 sides between the 2 of you, chips, sweet potato fries and onion rings and then a sharer dessert of strawberries marshmallows and chocolate brownies. With an alcoholic or soft drink each. Great idea, haven't seen anywhere do this. Food was really nice. Service was quick and staff were faultless so friendly and welcoming

We went on a Saturday afternoon for a family meal. We had booked a table but didn't need to at 5.30pm. The staff were fantastic, the food was delicious and came out very quickly. We will definitely go back. The kids loved the oreo milkshakes!!

The staff greet you warmly upon entering the restaurant and seat you promptly. As a new customer, I was explained the different quality of cuts for the beef burgers and the other items. I ordered a falafel burger and Parmesan and truffle chips. The chips had a nice flavored sauce but mostly reminded me of mac and cheese sauce, and my falafel was very dry. I still enjoyed my experience, and although slightly expensive I still suggest dropping in and enjoying a burger

I went to the afternoon tea last Saturday. All pictures are different to what was received and also price! I booked via the afternoon tea website. We received the burger and chips fine, but we only got a brownie for the sweet section, when booking I was informed of 3 desserts. Plus on top of that the price was £3 each more expensive per person and I actually got less food that what was advertised. Would not go again.

We went to brgrco yesterday for afternoon tea and prosecco for my sister's hen party, it was amazing! The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun and the food was so tasty. Everyone is raving about it, especially the chocolate covered strawberries! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for either a couple's lunch, a birthday or a hen party. Thank you brgrco for making my sister's day.
