The Pigeon de Bresse and the Saint James Burger are both highly recommended! Make sure you stay here for at least two meals!

Had brunch a week ago at this very beautiful Chateau slap in the middle of Paris. The setting was really lovely - but the brunch was not worth 80 euros. OK, so I'd say 40 euros for the brunch itself and 40 for the environment. The salads were good but the hot dishes were not worth it - they were luke warm - and the meat dish - veal - was cut in thick slices - and totally dry with no sauce to go with it. The squid was not out of this world either. So no more brunches for me at this place - however a full lunch or dinner would be enticing.

If this is one star then I have a hard time imagining a 3 star. I have nothing but praise for the food and service and atmosphere.

We just arrived in Paris and had to head off to dinner in our plane clothes and super jet-lagged as dinner had been prearranged for us - my husband said "we look like hobos." Knowing the restaurant was elegant we were very happy that no one appeared to care how casual we looked. Through the entire evening the service was outstanding - never snobby, but certainly high end. The sommelier was especially great and really picked some outstanding wines and made sure to explain what was special about each. We had the tasting menu that ended up offering about 8 courses. The waitress said they would like to surprise us and would it be ok if we didn't know what we were getting. It was, but in hindsight we probably should have discussed the menu with her. When the 4th course came out it was pigeon and we just couldn't eat it. Neither of us have ever had pigeon. We both tasted it and while we could tell the preparation was grand the meat texture was not appealing and the bird was gamey in a way that we just couldn't do. Our palates are not sophisticated enough for pigeon. The waitress seemed really concerned that we were not enjoying the food and whisked the plates away with lots of apologies and offered to have the chef cook us something else. We told her we could just skip that course and it would be fine (and really it would have been fine we were already stuffed), but she was having none of it and insisted they make us something else. The something else ended up being lamb chops with a lamb sausage - they were perfect in every way. Word seemed to get out that we might not be super happy as the rest of the staff kept checking in on us and I felt so badly as we were enjoying ourselves a lot. We moved on to two dessert courses and upon leaving they brought us a gift of 2 jars of jam to take home, but just as we stood up to go another waiter rushed over with a third dessert course! Again I think they were worried we were not enjoying ourselves. The standouts of the night were the sommelier and the gorgeous dining room. We had a lovely evening and it was a real treat to have the experience. If you don't want to go for a full meal the bar was also beautiful and it would be worthwhile to pop in for a drink or two.

We were encouraged by our concierge to book this restaurant and were very happy we did so! The terrace was set up for dining since the weather was truly gorgeous (a perfect early summer day) which really added to our enjoyment. The service was superb, with the manager David checking on our table twice. The menu is excellent with selections of special seafood, fish, and meat choices. My wife and I both chose the vegetal appetizer which was the best blend of flavors (delicious but not overpowering) that I have enjoyed in Paris! We found ourselves stretching out our time with a an after dinner coffee (since we could not manage dessert after our excellent seafood and fish main courses and superb cheese trolley) just to enjoy the atmosphere. We recommend this restaurant highly!

Ate here last Thursday night having enjoyed Jean Luc Rocha's food many times while he was at Cordeillan Bages. The food, service and especially the sommelier's selections were faultless. True it's an expensive treat but so worth it.

I had diner in this 1 star Michelin restaurant and food was really fantastic: delicate, nicely decorated with a discreet and present service. On top, the place is gorgeous in particular the garden place surrounded by montgolfieres. Let's have a look you will be amazed to discover such a place in Paris.

Excellent tasting menu. The Pigeon was very good and a few surprises. Price is steep, but we found it a great experience. Staff was fantastic.

My wife and I visited the restaurant for the brunch today. We were extremely disappointed. The buffet, the presentation and the quality of the food are far below standard. 80€ (without alcohol) per person for such a brunch is a real joke.

I came for brunch in september and we had a table in the garden. This time we were in the main dining room, close to the fire place. Beautiful decoration, having the feeling to be in an very old chateau. The brunch was as good as last time. Same dishes despite of the new chef. Fantastic selection if meals, cheese, fruits, cakes, crepes, bread.... refined presentation. Staff is friendly and professional. Maybe it will be better to seat the families with children in a separate place ( at the bar) in order to ensure a quiet and relax atmosphere? ( as many people are seated in the bar area for brunch). We appreciated the experience again and we hope to come again soon.

so we ate in many restaurants in Paris during out stay but this was the most memorable. The sommelier was knowledgeable and helpful and selected a outstanding wine for us. The food was great and suitable for those who are gourmands and also for guests like us.

Our choices of champagne was extensive. Each course was imaginative and well-constructed. The flavors and aromas were mind-boggling. The wine list was quite extensive, and we enjoyed an exceptional 1er cru burgundy.

It is a beautiful, private outdoor space in Paris. The food is fantastic and the area is closed to the general public until mid-evening, making it a fantastic little oasis. Go there for any meal of the day and you will not be disappointed. A Must.

I can only highly recommend this restaurant. Summer time we dine outside on their beautiful garden, the quality of the food is 1 to 2 star Michelin no doubt, canard is a a must, desert also. sommelier is very knowledgeable, the wine list is simple but reasonably priced with plenty of my favourite producer Dominique Laurent. The hotel looks also amazing also. Only in Paris you can have a place like that.

Excellent services, wonderful ambience in the garden and great food...would certainly recommend this restaurant. I ordered their cod which was delectable and my husband ordered the duckling which he rated a 5. Overall what a great place to dine in the 16th arrondissement.

A great place, more of a private club than a restaurant, the garden is the piece-de-resistance. Unreal in the city of paris, the fantastically executed gardening blocks out the outside world and the eclectic decor with the three hot air balloons does the rest, AWESOME! The food does not have to hide either, as it is designed with ingenuity and cooked with great precision. It is a bit out of the way so the best thing is to actually stay at the hotel directly.
