The Mandarin Oriental offers currently a bento tea time "Circus", a blink of an eye in the history of the hotel. Until March 30th 2016, in the restaurant Camélia, this bento revisits the classic pastries of the circus, candyfloss

This five star hotel on chic rue Saint Honoré features 138 rooms and 39 suites decorated with mostly white, contemporary furnishings splashed with touches of color on bedspreads and curtains. It's the epitome of comfort and luxury with an address that can't be beat.

Try their "Four Hand Massage", relax in the magnificent courtyard, or enjoy the television built into your bathtub wall. This hotel has it all, including a great sushi spot!

I have no words to thank all the team from Mandarin Oriental, in special Philippe and Florian, which help me with every little detail even though it was one of the busiest time of the year for them (Paris Fashion Week). We always book Mandarin Oriental, and will keep booking because the extra attention they always give you. thank you so much for everything! I would definitely recommend

Everything about the MO was heavenly. From the staff on the door, to the gloriously comfortable and beautifully designed rooms, fresh flowers in the bathroom, sitting outside in the wonderful courtyard to the delicious food in the Camelia restuarant.

My friends and I stayed at Room 504 from August 31 to September 4. Everything was up to the impressive "Mandarin Oriental" standard. What is worth mentioning is how the general manager, Philippe Leboeuf, promptly handled a certain issue/complaint that I addressed to him. Thank you very much for taking time out of your busy schedule to call and email me. I am also grateful as to how Mr. Leboeuf gracefully acted on the issue. More power the the entire team!

The Mandarin Oriental, Paris is a hidden gem in the heart of Paris – for those looking for a fresh, modern, elegant, and fashionable Parisian address during their time in the city with impeccable service, this is the hotel for you! Though seemingly small from the outside, the hotel boasts beautiful suites, an indoor swimming pool, and a lush courtyard in the middle of the city. With its central location on Rue St Honore, we found ourselves able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, The Grand Palais, The Louvre, and more! What stood out above all were the thoughtful amenities and level of personalized attention the hotel had set up for us from the moment we stepped foot to the final day, when we had to leave this stunning Palace hotel. Truly a magical stay in Paris!

Great location in the center of shopping area. Friendly hotel staff which is the norm in any Mandarin Oriental hotel world wide. Rooms are very clean and new. Love the restaurant and probably the only hotel which you can enjoy with traditional Asian service quality.

I usually wait until I leave a property before writing a review. But I am so angry at multiple inconveniences in the room, number 311, that I am compelled to write while still here. At these prices things should be in better shape. This is not my first visit to the Paris MO. I was here in March for one week. At that time a glass door between the sink area and the hallway came crashing down and broke the tile floor. No one was injured and we were immediately given another room. This time the TV was broken. The unit is supposed to move so that it is no longer flush with the wall but in viewing range from various parts of the room. It took three calls and two hours to get someone to come and fix it and get the tv to work as well. PThe remote was also out of batteries. Now it's also the shower. The knob regulating hot and cold refuses to turn no matter how hard you try. So all there is a cold shower. I was pretty outraged and so an engineer came within 5 minutes. He's working on it now. The temperature diverter has to be replaced. Why didn't the previous room occupants address this? Or, if they reported it, the hotel staff should have attended to it. I've stayed at the MO in Bangkok for the past 30+ years. I can't recall ever having anything but blissful vacations there. The Paris MO really needs to get it's act together. I've attached the photo of the maintenance person working on it. It's fixed! Hopefully I won't have any other issues here.

Great service on getting me a taxi by concierge and the doorman- couldn't do enough. Very friendly. The conference room was decent. Although they were a little late serving lunch in between our meetings. Food was food. Didnt stay the night.

My husband and I spent an evening at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris during a layover on our flight back to NYC. The service staff and concierge made us feel comfortable immediately, with suggestions of local cafe's for dinner and nearby attractions for our final day. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, with beautiful bathroom amenities and plenty of space for his-and-hers getting ready. I loved the view into the atrium garden of the hotel, and was impressed by the peace and quiet of our room given the surrounding city activities. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating with a flexible checkout time to work with our flight, and offered to hold our bags safely in the lobby until we returned for final departure. A hotel staff member noticed that a wheel on my husbands' suitcase had broken, and immediately suggested several nearby places they would help us have it repaired. Overall, we had an extremely comfortable stay at a beautiful property in Paris, and I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a luxe and soothing stay in the heart of Paris.

This hotel has a great location with beautiful rooms. You are warmly welcomed with a glass of champagne, and the concierge was helpful with our restaurant bookings and museum tickets. One of the restaurants was closed on the day we requested, but we were not informed till the day before though we had made the booking several weeks earlier. Overall, service was less personalised and warm than what we have experienced at other Mandarin Oriental Hotels as it lacked a personal touch.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris. The staff is exceptional, the location is exceptional, the facilities and rooms are amazing. I don't want to waste your time writing a lengthy review. It is unbelievable...if you have the money. :)

From arrival to departure, our stay exceeded our expectations. The doorman, Gary is the ideal person to greet an arriving guest. He is equally engaging and welcoming in English and French. His warmth and genuine pleasure to assist us in any and every way was a terrific beginning to our stay in Paris. This was mine and my son's third visit to the Mandarin and each time we are more amazed by the professionalism of the staff. In advance of our arrival, Sophie, one of the concierge team secured tickets for us to the soccer match France vs. Netherlands. Our seats were excellent. Additionally, the concierge team arranged Eiffel Tour tickets, Musee D'Orsay tickets, dinner reservations and transportation to/from the soccer match. Our adjoining guest suites were impeccably clean and service was prompt throughout our stay. The suites are well-appointed and luxuriously comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to the Louvre, Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde, and the best shopping on or near Rue St. Honore. Our most sincere Congratulations to Philippe Leboeuf, General Manager and Florian Buat, Guest Relations Manager! Thank you for a delightful stay! We are eager to return and look forward to our "home away from home" in Paris.

The overall stay was substandard for a 5 star property. The hotel is in an excellent location, has nice amenities and a wonderful breakfast (as long as they don't forget to deliver it.) Which brings me to the main overall issue. Several service failures were experienced during my 3 day visit from several areas which was shocking to me for a hotel of this caliber. We were locked out of the hotel 1 night upon returning after 2 am. You could imagine our brief panic upon getting out of our Uber and turning around to find the entrance to the hotel locked with a gate drawn shut and a large lock on it. It was several minutes before someone from inside the hotel came to let us in. (I am sure the hotel security cameras saw two people pacing back and forth.) Once inside, the front desk informed us that the gate is shut at 2 am for security reasons. Wish we were advised at check in and what about my security ? Without going into any more details there were other service failures with housekeeping. (basically room not serviced until after 6 pm and had to wait in the lobby). Nice that they offered champagne while we waited, however after being out all day we just wanted to get back to the room. There was even more that took place regarding room service. The other issue was mentioned at the beginning and involved In Room Dining. The staff was very good at apologizing but never resolved anything. Their standard reply was that they were going to make a report and get back to you. (They never did.) Enough said.

I spent a weekend with my wife and son in MO Paris. The hotel is very beautiful, at ideal location and everything is so perfect to exceed your expectation. The room was very specious and luxurious, on top of that hotel team will do their best to make it a memorable stay for you. We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't be more happier. A big thank you to MO Paris team for their hospitality.

I would like to give five stars but lack of professionalism and poor concierge. More effort is being made on welcoming people but less effort in making sure all arrangements are made properly. First day was really disaster. We ended up buying passes twice to visit Eiffel Tower
