The Four Seasons George V needs no introduction. Located just off the Champs Elysees, it houses 244 luxury rooms and suites, including some with terraces offering spectacular views across Paris. Marble bathrooms with soaking tubs, soft pastel furnishings, and chandeliers give rooms an elegant yet cozy feel.

The aroma of fresh flowers in the lobby is just an example of how welcoming and comfortable you'll be here. The rooms are made with care, the spa (styled after the boudoir of Marie Antoinette!) is beautiful, and the service in general is brilliant.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was horrible. From when we checked in everything looked fine and up to standard, however the service.. was incompetent. The stay felt very pressured and limited like a prison, staff were stuff nosed and stuck up they needed to learn their place. Everything was faked from sickly smiles to being pleasant. When calling service and concierge everything was accepted but NEVER DONE not quick nor punctual in fact 2 of the things we asked for never arrived at the room. Paying 1700 for a night with this type of service is disgusting. Bed was uncomfortable VERY hard and we had a terrible view couldnt even call it a view. You are better off spending your money elsewhere. Stay away.

There is no hotel on earth that can compare to the George V. We had an extraordinary experience and will only stay at the George V when we are in Paris! I have stayed at many of the most elegant hotels in Paris and nothing compares to the George V! I am counting the minutes until I can return to this truly inviting and elegant property!

If I could, it would be the only hotel I would stay at in Paris. I have had Afternoon Tea there a few times and was impressed with how kind and thoughtful the staff were that I vowed I would one day stay in this beautiful hotel. Well I did, along with my daughter for a fun Mother/Daughter time in Paris and George V fulfilled all that I thought it was. The Staff, from the 'front door' to the housekeeping, the room, the amenities, the decor, well the list is long but I think you get the picture, made this The ' Icing On Top of the Cake'. Our expectations we high and you delivered, Thank you.

My room Was not ready on arrival in the afternoon - I had to change in the SPA. Also on Checkout next day the luggage took much more time then expected to arrive - at checkout there was only one person on the Front Desk. No value for the 1000+ EURs I paid for 1 night.

From the moment you arrive until the day of your departure, you'll be treated amazingly! We booked thru AMEX, so we received a beautiful upgrade to a spacious suite. The room service was excellent and very quick. The "American" coffee was also nice and strong. In many other 5 star hotels in Europe we found the coffee to be on the weaker side. The spa was under renovation, but they had a nice Pop up spa that had ever treatment imaginable. Overall, great experience!

The flowers around the hotel are stunning and the staff throughout the hotel are obviously on point as to be expected. The champagne cocktails and Vespers were perfect and the Chef's signature soft boiled egg with caviar is a must. The people watching, comfy lounge chairs, drinks and ambience can result in a longer visit than expected but the price tag of $25+ drinks and small plates will also add up quickly. The only negative was that the three gentlemen serving/bartending were nice but seemed a bit overwhelmed at times which was surprising in such a small spot and it was hard to get their attention a few times when in need of drinks, spoons and the bill. We really loved this stop for drinks and snacks while in Paris though and would return on our next visit.

Myself and my husband arrived for afternoon tea booked for 4pm on Tues 5th Sept. The decor and flower displays were amazing and we were anticipating a lovely Anniversary tea.Although only a couple of tables taken we were shown to a table consisting of 2 chairs and a couch. My husband sat on the couch and myself on the chair.A very odd arrangement as my husband was seated too low to comfortably eat at the table. We asked to be moved and were moved to an alternative table..Jam ,cream etc arrived a good 20 mins before the actual scones and cake stand. We specifically requested no seafood and when the savouries eventually came they consisted of sea food..The waiter offered to replace these. We therefore had to start with the scones as the alternative which consisted of 4 tiny salmon bilinis took another 20 mins to arrive. The pastries looked lovely but were so very sweet and sickly.Tea was regularly topped up.We were wowed by the hotel but disappointed by the slow service and error with our savoury requests not being rectified more speedily.

Superb enviroment and friendly staff. Nicely decorated light rooms with lots of air. Nice restaurant with possibility to choose between indoor or outdoor on atrium garden. Quitet and cosy indoor enviroment and absolute quiet during nights. Breakfast was an disapointment.

We stayed at the George V on our honeymoon and have stayed there every time we've been in Paris since. The place is just spectacular. The hardest part is getting a reservation and accepting how expensive it is relative to other best in city hotels in other European capitals. After that it's effortless. There are always English speakers at Reception and at the concierge desk. The bellman are so accommodating. You need someone to handle luggage? Done. You need to check-in? Done. You need tickets or a reservation? Done and done. Your room get cleaned while you are out without the knocking on your door despite a "do not disturb" card. While you are out for dinner, your room gets turned down. The rooms themselves are very nice. The linens and the soaps are very nice. It's in a great location. It's a Four Seasons hotel.

For us....year after year the best hotel in Paris...look for special room deals can get quite expensive...the restaurant is exceptional...somewhat overrated...but then you pay for the overall experience of staying in one of the very best hotels in the world in the centre of Paris.

My Partner and I had booked 3 nights at this hotel for a special weekend in Paris. Due to flight arrival times I had requested for an early check in if available but was notified the day before we arrived that the time I requested was not available. Upon arrival at 10am, we were told our room would not be ready till 3pm, it was suggested we have breakfast and check after as they would put us on priority. After a leisurely breakfast I popped back to reception to meet a new member of staff (shift change) and she had no knowledge of any priority. Again I was told the room would not be ready till 1PM and an offer of a car to take us anywhere in Paris we wanted to go. I declined this offer citing we had been 12 hours travelling and we just wanted to shower and change our clothes. We chose to sit in the Bar for a while as we were promised they again would prioritize our room. Another Guest arrived in the bar and was told they would call him once his room was ready, within 30 mins to my surprise he was collected and taken to his room. Again I asked at check-in about my room and I was told it was now 3pm! My suspicion that the previous guest got my room and I was again pushed back so I asked to speak to the manager. The duty manager arrived and was most apologetic, explained about the hotel being fully booked but had little to say about the previous guest getting a room in 30 mins. To her credit within 30 mins our room was ready. Unfortunately the whole experience ruined the weekend we had planned and a day wasted due to the hotel. At no point were we offered a room that we could change in or even the use of the gym or spa to shower and change, very poor, very poor indeed. This is suppose to be an exclusive luxury hotel but we were not made to feel special at all, in fact in my experience the total opposite and a certain guest was prioritized ahead of us at check-in

Stayed 6 days in this fantastic hotel Had a deluxe room beautifully appointed lovely bathroom Reception and concierge very helpful made to feel special and cosseted felt like coming home after busy day sightseeing!! Bar area lovely but getting a seat can be difficult live music in evening with piano First night ate at l'orangerie lovely meal and fabulous service thanks to Antoine and Gustav Also ate at Le George food was excellent but service frenetic and we nearly lost our bottle of wine to another table we were not happy Antoine had sent glass bubbly over so we went to tell him the reaction was brilliant Max manager of le George apologised and we were not charged for meal also letter of apology and bottle of champagne in room When I go back to Paris will definitely stay at this wonderful hotel

This hotel is hard to fault. The facilities are wonderful (except for the swimming pool, which is being refurbished). We had a suite on the 7th floor - very spacious and well appointed. Extremely comfortable bed. The staff throughout the hotel typified the best of the Four Season's hotels- friendly, courteous and very helpful. Overall a great experience

Our highlight of our stay at George V was an early morning run and tour through the city with Federic Pichon. I've stayed at many top rated 5 star hotels, but it is these types of experiences that make the difference.

One of the finest, if not the finest hotel, in Paris. The service, staff and location are second to none. Accommodated our every need with a smile and professionalism rarely seen anywhere. The location is in the heart of Paris with bistros, shpos, bars and sights within easy walking distance. Extraordinary!!!

We spent five days in the Beautiful English Suite. It was perfection, with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel and the comforts of home. Service is perfection and no detail is overlooked. The staff went out of their way for every request we made. The flowers throughout the hotel are spectacular! The Galleries and Dining Room are beautiful locations for an excellent meal.

Spent three incredible days here to kick off my 50th birthday celebrations. The hotel is absolutely an institution but it is the staff that make staying here one of the best luxury travel experiences in the world. Arriving early morning after overnight flight from Australia, the hotel very generously gave us an early check-in with lovely bottle of champagne in room. And on the last day while a late check-out wasn't available, they provided a fabulous spa room for us to shower and change into our glad rags in the evening as we were getting on the Orient Express that night, with more champagne to help us get the official 50th party underway. Every staff member was friendly, professional and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a truly memorable experience. A big thank you to all of them once again for helping me start my 50s in style!

The above stands for "extraordinary" "hugs and kisses". We stayed a long weekend in the Paris Four seasons George V hotel, celebrating our anniversary, we love France and we love Paris especially, Paris is mesmerizing with it's palaces, architecture and all the patisserie and boulangerie shops and luxury boutiques. After doing much research between all the luxury hotel that has the title "palace" (the highest hotel rank) we chose the four seasons George V and the four seasons suite to be exact, it is pricy but after staying there, we can say, Paris will never be the same for us, it's regal, elegant, grand, upscaled BUT without being old and dates, everything is new or feel new, the staff is friendly and will go out of the way to do everything for you. The entrance and flower arrangements are breath taking, the lobby the restaurants and the scent of this hotel, it's smell like heaven. The suite is specious, like a room in a palace, with all amenities that you'll need and dream of, we just cannot express and explain the feeling. Beds are heavenly and I mean heavenly, it's an out of the world experience. If you want to feel royalty, this is the place !  This will be our new home in PARIS. With love....
