We went for our second visit, in September 17. We returned because our first trip was so memorable and we were not disappointed. Its so cool, busy and the staff are laid back and friendly - take time to get to know them and speak their language, you're in France after all, Paris at that. We had what we call a 'picky tea' - cheese board, meats, fries, nachos and a salad, and one too many drinks - a great choice. Like I said, just go. Don't forget your brolly - it always seems to rain, which is a great reason for stepping off the street and relaxing in Cafe de la Poste. Phil

This is a really nice place to have some eggs or small cheese/charcuterie plates for brunch in Paris. It's very low key and not pretentious, and service was quite nice. Definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

They have a good beer on the tap and some nice wines. The cheese platter was good as well. Service was adequate and good.

The small eating area has a wickedly strange layout, which makes navigating the place a bit strange: what's with the off-center giant zinc/marble bar with magazines all over it? The waitstaff are all super nice, but the food is "meh". Today's special of roasted veal with diced sweet potatoes and red/yellow peppers was just "OK". The cheesecake was...I have no idea what it was, but it was missing a real cheesecake-y taste. I'm intrigued enough to give it a second chance.

This place looks super trendy and is always full of very beautiful people smoking. That being said they don't turn people away! Inside looks great but the exposed walls and floors are horrible for sound insulation so it is very noisy. The menu is short and unfussy, there are lots of sharing options. The food is fine without being exceptional. There are better places to eat nearby, but they don't look like as nice.

Great coffee for some, beer for others. Arts oriented 3rd arrondisement. Great independent retail and gourmet food. Great service.

IT was late on a Friday evening with just a few free places for my daughter and me, Soon the crowd came in and so did the level of conversation and general laughter and enjoyment. The service was good, but slowed down with the increasing crowd. We shared a plate of cheeses and some nachos with a beer and white wine. Good value for money but not relaxing enough to linger too long.

We started our day here. With coffee, fresh orange juice and some eggs. Nothing fancy. What stood out was the relaxed vibe what was there. The staff was so friendly and the neighboorhood is very laid-back!! Near Le Marais, which is a great shopping-area... A great way to start the day...

Walked past this place before and thought it looked good. It was! I had quinoa salad - really great! Kids had burgers and my wife had carpaccio of beef. All good. Wine and also good. €84 for 4 - not back for Left Bank plus good service.

Our apartment was right across from this place. We ate here our first night in Paris. I had an excellent Merlot, a cheese plate, and chicken skewers. The food was good for the price, but nothing to write home about. It was filled with locals. Every night we came home, this place was busy.

Looks like newly taken over, at least from when we walked past this time last year. Popped in on way out for dinner,we sat inside but seating outside as well. Cocktail and beer reasonably priced. Setting, taken back to the bare bone/walls. Old wooden and metal school chairs. Personally would loose the carpet and have wood or old stone floor, but that's just me. Didn't eat here but food that went past looked great. Really good music choice in background. Would definitely visit again and eat there next time too.

Went there last night and ordered nachos and fries. The nachos were really good but the fries were disgusting, totally burned impossible to eat. When I asked to fries a new bunch the waitress told that's impossible, she couldn't fry them less. Well OK if you say so, I never ate black fries tasting like burned oil but OK it must be a "specialty". Of course no apologize from the waitresses. Well not everyone can be nice. I don't recommend

Had lunch here and I had to admit that my salad was good. The menu offers different and interesting dishes and prices are normal for the Marais district. the only thing i did not like is the service: slow slow slow and waiters not really attentive to clients.

I had lunch here on a recommendation and immediately fell in love with the cafe, which sits on the corner of a quiet side street in an adorable, modern boutique shopping district of Paris. The atmosphere was fashionable and hip, definitely a place where the chic French locals hang out. The waiter was very welcoming and spoke English with me. I ordered the Salmon that was crusted in I have no idea what, but it was both spicy and sweet (and delicious). The basmati rice was also flavoured perfectly. They had a very nice quality tea selection - I chose green tea with flowers. I will definitely make this cafe, and the area, a destination on my future visits to Paris.

A perfect place for brunch with friends amongst the hip and cool people. We stumbled upon this place during a wander round Marais, staff friendly and food excellent. We had cheese burgers, chips, croque classic and chicken sesame skewers with butternut squash, bananas in a sweet syrup and puréed carrot on the side. The burgers were excellent with a great mix of mustard, onions, cheese and a incredible tomato salsa. Good sized portions and good value too. Quiet small place, but with tables outside also there was a great atmosphere. We felt very relaxed here and not at all out of place.

excellent service from really friendly, helpful young men - I'm 55 - who helped / tolerated my French - and helped with their English. Fantastic breakfast - coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice - while you wait - and properly cooked fried eggs with proper smoky bacon - not ham, although that's in the omelettes and was tasty and plentiful. Add in quality croissants too and 2 breakfasts for 22 euros looks excellent value against others in the "red canopy" category on the nearby rue de bretagne

Had lunch here today with lots of beautiful people. Mostly very expensively dressed and hip couples. Menu had a range of meals available, from less than ten euros to fifty euros plus. We had an egg salad and a steak of the day. Both were delicious. The best part were the staff. Friendly, patient with my faltering French and very lovely to everyone. Would gladly return!

Ate quality food and met some beautiful new friends after close! Totally fun. I bumped into a few people outside on the patio and asked for a light for my cigarette. We got to talking in English and they invited me to an underground club with no name. Total blast!

Great athmosphere, friendly service and fantastic food! The place was really busy when we were there. I had tartare and home made fries which was delicious!
