We have been there on a Monday evening around 1930, only 2 tables left. At 8 people were waiting 15-30 minutes to get seated. You should book a table to get a seat. The Pizza is rather good for a very valuable price. People had also Pasta, seems to be 50/50. Recommendation for Tampere!

Pizza is better than pasta a lot. Very good variety of veggie pizzas. Service is good and quick. And price is good.

Second time here and must say that pizzas are very good, really close to real italian pizzas. 😀 good and fast service. During lunch time there is line to get in but staff is working quickly. Prices for lunch offer are reasonable.

Visited there for lunch . A part the big menu there is nothing much...definitively not an Italian style pizza .Had pizza with Parma ham and the Parma was cooked in the oven .Been there few times before and always had the feeling that despite the place is very popular the food don’t match the expectations . Time to rise the standards bar

I came here with a big group (maybe 10 of us) and we were able to easily get seats outside, although inside was too busy for us. There was a small queue but it moved quickly. 100 different types of pizza and so many good options! Free salad and tea/coffee is included as well. I had an interesting combo of prawns, goats cheese, peaches and chili jam. Loved it!

My local Finnish friend took me there. He told me that this restaurant was popular. The long queue to the restaurant showed that was true. It was cold and raining (almost mixture of snow and rain), but people were waiting outside patiently. We waited for about 20 minutes. My expectation became higher. I decided to eat pasta. But as soon as I looked their menu card, I was disappointed. Most of their pasta dishes were with their own tastes. Some were with pineapples; the others were with chili jams and/ or jarapenos. I asked the Finnish friend if it was normal to put pineapples in pasta dishes in Finland. He said yes, so maybe this is Finnish-Italian. I normally love Italian dishes, but theirs didn't match my taste. I didn't think it was worth waiting for outside in the cold weather. The menus are including salad, bread and tea or coffee which you have to serve by yourself. There are lots of tables in the small place. I wondered why this restaurant was so popular. The only reason I could come up with was it was just economical. If you want to eat real Italian, this is not the place.

Pizzeria Napoli is a wannabe Italian style pizzeria, unfortunately, much more then 3000km away from reality. Me and my girlfriend visited this pizzeria because the perfume was intresting and by the queue it looked promising. The staff is on average, the drinks too. Unfortunately, I found my pizza to be as good as many take-away pizzeria in town. My girlfriend tried Pollo di Napoli (Aurajusto, Chicken, Peach); both to her and me it seemed even tasteless.

This restaurant was in walking distance from our hotel, so we had a try. We arrived at around 1900 on a Sunday night in end August & waited for more than 30min for a 2-person table. The restaurant is not very big, but cozy with several tables of outdoor seating. English menu is available and selection of pizza and pasta is comprehensive. We had a pizza with pineapple, cheese and chicken which was very yummy. The pasta with shrimp was a little bit spicy for us, but still ok. Self-service salad bar was included, but was basic with bread, some vegetables, corns, cucumber and tomatoes. It’s value for money, only €30 for 2.

This is the place to go for pizzas in Tampere. Excellent pizzas with friendly service. This is a popular place and it gets crowded sometimes so be prepared to queue. No reservations during weekends.

Again the title sums it up. Good pizza at a reasonable price. Plenty of selection and prompt, if a little short, service.

This place is always really busy. We went early and so were able to share a table with some other people but if you want to book, you would need to do so well in advance. The pizza we had was excellent and even though it is great value for money, there is also a salad bar which is included in the price.

Napoli offers more Italian style pizza than many other "Italian pizzeria's". Menu is comprehensive with some Finnish specialties but still prefer to go traditional Italian style; simplier the better.

We were outside the pizzeria ten minutes before opening time and good thing we did, twenty past the place was full. Service was really friendly and pizza was amazing, can highly recommend.

Excellent pizzas and fast service and friendly staff. We ordered one gluten free and one normal pizza and both were great. Actually gluten free pizza was better than ne normal one ☺️ we only had to wait 20 min and we were very satisfied!

Having had pizza in many places all around the world, we cannot see why people complain so much about Pizzeria Napoli. We had a great experience, and would definitely visit again if we were in Tampere for long enough. We went early evening (6pm), which we found in retrospect is a busy time - but we did not have to wait, and had a pleasant outside table. Service was prompt for drinks order (they have a nice beer range, including German dunkels). Server provided English language menus when she realised we were struggling with the Finnish ones. They have a great range of pizzas; I had Quattro Selvaggina (venison, wild boar, ostrich etc), my wife had Melanzana (vegetarian - aubergine, etc). Both were excellent; we were offered fresh chopped garlic to go on the side. The fact that a decent salad bar was included in the price was a nice surprise. Pizzas were very good size, well cooked, filling, and not as salty as some restaurant pizzas can be. Price was little more than we would pay in UK for similar - so not as high as we were lead to believe Finnish prices can be. Well worth visiting.

We went to Pizzeria Napoli to try the best pizza in Tampere. We knew about the line and had high expectations of the place. Even though the place is nice and cozy we have been disappointed about the night. There is a great choice in the menu which is good but both of our pizzas were extremely salty (get ready to drink water whole night) and not that crazy compared to the expectations we had for a 'Napoli pizza' You also have to pay for tap water... After 20 min queuing for a table we had to wait 20 other min to order and 30 min to receive the order. It is ok if you have 2 hours in front of you, otherwise I would not suggest it. Otherwise, I would say it is a ok place but seems to be over rated and I did not understand the huge line to get inside.

I have tried to visit this place twice before but due to a very long queue decided to skip. Third time I didn't give up and stood up in the queue for 40 mins. Based on the queue, expectations were rather high. Don't be mistaken, this pizzeria has nothing to do with real napoletan style pizza (except the name). They serve what I'd call traditional "finnish" style pizza. It seems they don't even have a proper pizza oven but instead some sort of strange tunnel with "conveyor belt" where the pizzas are baked (?). I took a vegetarian option, not especially crispy or tasty. Overall, very basic, "ok" pizza, in a rather cozy atmosphere. Still can't really understand why people are queuing to this place, it is really nothing that special. Maybe this is the best pizza you can get in Tampere.

This classic Tampere pizza place is a hit. They do have great variation of finnish pizza available. Sometimes quite busy and you might need to wait for a table. Great service.
