We had dinner here on a Friday night. Plenty of tables available even though it was crowded. Had two different IPA's both were excellent. i had the fish-n-Chips, awesome. I ordered the two fillets portion, a large amount of fish, luckily I was hungry! Wife ordered the mac-n-cheese, also awesome. I would highly recommend this pub while in Victoria for a bite to eat and a good beer.

A proper old cricket themed pub with good beer and excellent pub grub. Good atmosphere except for the televisions showing baseball instead of the proper game. The service was excellent and the portions very satisfactory.

Great drinking haunt, didn't eat there but the place was busy with diners and the food looked good. Went back twice more. Recommended

If you want a pub meal, then the Sticky Wicket Pub is right for you. Beware the meals are very big, my suggestion is to buy one and share.

Pleasant staff, pleasant atmosphere. Good whiskey sour but the jambalaya was too sweet. What do you expect when you order Cajun food in a pub. I would return.

Funky atmosphere, reasonable prices for Victoria and the nachos we ordered were more than enough for two. Dishes we saw going by were plentiful as well.

Stopped in earlier in the afternoon to have a pint at the bar, Heather was our server and she sure knew a lot about the different beers they serve. The atmosphere is great and we got a little history lesson about the place. Came later the same day to have dinner. The service and food were enjoyable.

I called in for a late lunch hoping that the tv would be showing England vs South Africa from Lords! A mistake. They were showing rounders and suited pseudo-rugby! The food was tasty, beer nice and the service was friendly.

Enjoyed the draft local beer and a properly done plate of bangers and mash. Excellent salad also. Friendly, efficient service.

Went on line ahead of dining, and was prepared to have onion soup and roast beef. Our server Brenna advised both had been removed from the in house menu. Why then were these two items listed on line? Very dissppointed as we were accompanied by a couple celebrating their 55th annversary.

We ate here mostly because it was across the street from the condo we were staying in. It was our first night in Victoria and we were all tired. I had a very good baron of beef sandwich. We were all happy with the food and the service.

The beers were good but the Peach Long Island Tea was very weak. The Chicken Salad was quite good with lots of goodies and fresh chicken. The Baron pizza was outstanding (so says my husband). Service was a bit slow, but I would still recommend this place for a reasonable meal.

If I lived in Victoria, this is where I'd be hanging out and meeting up with friends. 16 of us plopped off a cruise ship into Victoria and went straight here. Our diverse group (in age and taste) - dressed in all levels of casual to dressier were totally welcome! While we walked with our jaws open through the pool hall, the darts room, and the various other amazing fun rooms in so many directions from the front door, we ultimately decided upon the roof with the sand volleyball courts! We had a variety of drinks - mixed, bottled and on tap, appetizers and desserts and everything was as hoped! The nachos went around the table through the whole group and barely looked like a dent had been made. The avocado fries were pretty good, but I loved the BBQ sampler! It's kinda tough to share, so it unofficially became my dinner! This place had a roaming magician and a resident (so he claims) rainbow zebra! We had a great time and I'd definitely return! Only downside, was on the roof, the music was so loud it was a little hard to hear. But if they moved the tables and just made it a dance floor, I'd be out there!

We stopped in for apps and drinks. It's a lovely building, the service was good, as was our food. It's definitely a 20s crowd hangout.

The roof-top portion of the Sticky Wicket is pleasant casual dining in good weather. It is a pub atmosphere. I have dined here several times and will return again.

We stopped here for a late lunch. There was no wait to be seated. There was a bit more of a wait before we saw any waitstaff. We had beer. It was served promptly and cold. My wife had clam chowder and a salad. She said it was very good. I had a chicken wrap. It tasted fine but could have used some (any) seasoning. The restaurant is nicely decorated. There are televisions broadcasting different sporting events (no hockey, it was July) but they were set up high so they didn't become intrusive. Definitely worth a look for and English pub/North American brewpub experience

Just a stone throw from our hotel (could see the pub from our room with the rooftop volleyball court!!). Great tasting food served by very friendly staff.
