The decor and staff are neutral and basic in this busy morning spot. Use the time in line to line to browse over the menu. Freshly prepared eggs arrived quickly with portions large enough to share. There are choices of side dishes and free refills of coffee and hot water for tea. A good spot for couples but small groups may have to wait. Midrange prices overall.

My twins and I had brunch here on the weekend. We basically just "happened upon" the restaurant, and were very pleasantly surprised. The place is very clean and friendly and you can tell that it's popular. The food was outstanding, the best breakfast-type food I can remember having at any restaurant. Coffee was hot and fresh and service was quick. I had the smoked salmon platter - it came with a huge mound of beautiful smoked salmon, a hot toasted bagel, as well as cream cheese, sliced onions and capers on the side - and also a little cup of very fresh fruit. It was outstanding! The service blips did seem minor to us but I will mention them. We had to ask for knives and forks, remind the waitress about the requested glasses of water - and my son and daughter both requested "hold the capers" on their meals, but that didn't happen. These glitches aside - it was a wonderful meal and we will recommend the restaurant to friends - and will be back!!!

The breakfast is good they give 5 pieces of bacon three eggs and home fries and toast $8.19 the restaurant is okay and the prices of food is comparable to the area in which we are. Fast service. The decor of the restaurant is mediocre don't let it fool you the food is really good here.

This breakfast restaurant serving all day breakfast is conveniently located just off the Yonge / St. Clair intersection. The place itself is very small and unlike its name, not much sun gets inside. The decor is very simple and the service is just about average. Hence, there is not much appealing about this place except the food. The food comes in "American" portions and will satisfy nearly every customer walking through that door. I had one of the better omelettes I have ever had over there. However, if it was not for the food, I don't think I would have considered this place for breakfast again. I am still not sure why most of the places outside of QC don't include coffee in the price of the breakfast. It is so cheap and makes such a big difference.

Was pleasantly surprised when we happened on the restaurant for breakfast during our visit to Toronto. Visited the location on Young street. There was a good variety on the menu. With lots a fresh ingredients. I had a standard breakfast and my friend had the waffles with homemade caramel sauce. WOW Food was fantastic, service was quick efficient and very pleasant. Would definitely go back!

We stopped by Sunny Morning again today after several months away. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the place wasn't too crowded which was a first for us - probably because it is summer. I had a classic breakfast with bacon crispy. Everything was to my taste. My wife had Eggs Benjamin and was stuffed at the end. A third member had a scrambler but was not overly thrilled though it was filling. I have to say though, that the coffee is just average at best.

So good that I come back once a week. It's nice to see a breakfast place that does not have fried food. There is an emphasis on freshness and health. They also have some unique breakfast dishes. The servings are large and the wait staff are exceptional. You can see what a huge hit this place is in the neighbourhood since it often has a line up.

Varied menu, quick, polite service, reasonable prices, convenient location at Yonge and st Clair near st Clair TTC. Far better value than fast food or so-called sophisticated breakfast or brunch options.

This is one of the best breakfast places I have been to. Every weekend there is a lineup to enter the premises, which says a lot about the place. The prices are very reasonabIe. I specially like the Nutella based waffles, toast and pancakes. I highly recommend this restaurant

I had an omelette that stayed with my taste buds for three days. It was disgusting, the taste of bad eggs that won't go away. Others in our group had the same reaction. Never going back and never is a big word.

A line-up every Saturday and Sunday morning tells you that this is a great place for breakfast. Good selection of traditional breakfast foods plus healthy eating options like fruit and yogurt. The staff are very friendly and efficient. My husband and I go there regularly for breakfast.

Talk about specializing, this hidden oasis just south of St Clair on Yonge offers an extensive menu of breakfasts and brunches. There is often a lineup till the 3:00 pm closing but it is well worth the wait. I've tried most of the dishes, almost always with the optional fresh fruit salad - the best ever! My two favourites are Eggs Benedict - always perfect - and the BLT, made with crisp chopped romaine. Service is always top notch and the cooks are out in the open where they garner accolades from virtually every patron.

Sunny Morning Breakfast offers a great menu selection for breakfast. I had to pickup an order for 26 people on a Sunday morning and their customer service was excellent. They went above and beyond to help us out. Also, everyone loved their nutella french toast!

We had breakfast this morning at Sunny Morning and while I can say unequivocally that the food is all first rate, I will not return unless I can find a time that is not so busy. This is a crowded place, with a healthy lineup. You can listen to several conversations without wanting to. The waitresses are over-worked and have to dodge through the small aisles, and as a result, I felt they were struggling to keep calm and pleasant. As I was checking out, the manager was asking one of the servers when a couple at the back would be finished. I got the impression that one is not encouraged to dally here. Too bad because dallying is what I like to do on a Sunday morning.

Great selection of food for lunch or dinner. Generous size portions with healthy alternatives - egg white omelets, wheat bread, etc. Good flavor and fresh cooking. Service was polite and attentive.

This place was ok. Fast and friendly service; food was decent. Nothing spectacular, nothing fancy. Reasonably priced.

Went for a very enjoyable breakfast here and really enjoyed it. Short subway ride from downtown but totally worth it. Service was great and our plates were full when brought to table. Will be back next time were in town. P.S. the pancakes are to die for.

My kind of place, my kind of breakfast. In and out quick. Clean, bright, hot food, big portions I couldn't finish. I had maple syrup all over my fingers, asked for a wet wipe they didn't have, any was brought watered paper towel. It's not very big on the inside so I thought they didn't have space for groups but overheard them say they were taking a group of 10 for lunch so I was wrong. If you're in the Young and St. Clair area and looking for hot quick relatively inexpensive breakfast check it out!
