Was recommended this place by our concierge for brunch as we were heading out to the airport right afterwards. We sat outside so, felt a bit neglected but the Smoked Salmon and Spinach eggs Benedict crepe and mimosas made up for that. The crepe was very flavorful and filling thank goodness we shared one, we made the right choice as we were stuffed. Great place to people watch too in the trendy Sant-Jean neighborhood.

We arrived at Le Billig on a Friday night with no reservation, but were warmly greeted and seated very quickly. The dinner crepes were fantastic with lots of choices. I had wine, but my husband with the help of our server, selected one of the special ciders. We shared a dessert crepe which was incredible. The service was excellent and prices reasonable. We would definitely come back to this restaurant when visiting Quebec.

Had some very creative and tasty crepes for dinner. Their dinner crepes are made with buckwheat flour so they are darker and go well with meats and cheeses. Reasonable prices, about $15 per person.

A quiet quaint creperie just out side the walled city that really lived up to its reputation. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They were also extremely flexible and allowed us to customize our dishes which was perfect because I was with a fussy group

Loved our waiter- one of the very best we've ever had, actually. Wish I had his name to give him a shout-out, but he had dark hair and gave us great information about the city, free concerts, things to do, etc. The food is excellent and the environment is very inviting. Can't wait to visit next time we're in town! Thank you again for the great service!

We enjoyed a duck confit crepe with goat cheese (wonderful) and a ham-mushroom-béchamel crepe (very good). Best buckwheat crepes we have had. Ambiance a bit average but very friendly and local. Recommend and would return.

Service is great. Food spectacular. Le bearne is good with duck confit, egg and cheese but made special with the onion compote. Highly recommend

It's rare that the diner receives an experience as warm as that which we had at Le Billig. The concept is simple, savoury and sweet crepes but the execution is superb with top quality ingredients perfectly cooked. The service is genuinely warm and good humoured from the moment you step in the door to the moment you leave and we never had the impression that it was all about trying to up the tip. These people, from the owner/chef downwards are there to provide a happy experience.

This was our first food stop on our trip. Has a cozy pub feel inside and European cafe seating outside. The crepes were generous and delicious. The service was very friendly, with the waiter giving us tips for where to find good jazz music. The beer selection was great. Definitely recommend.

I was so excited to try this place instead of the hotel breakfast, because it looks adorable inside and specializes in gluten-free crepes made from buckwheat. But I was sorely disappointed. First, it took a long while to be seated (even without a long line and with several empty tables). Then it took about 45 minutes to be served after ordering. And the final result was a huge disappointment: dry, tasteless crepes. The bottom line is that the kitchen is much too small for the number of tables – they simply cannot produce the amount of food that is being ordered. The wait staff is also thin, but it’s a lot easier to catch a waiter than a meal.

My 10 year old daughter and I ate here for dinner. The crepe was wonderful and she ate a whole one herself. We also had a dessert one which did not last long on the plate!

The best part of this charming restaurant might be its location on Rue St.Jean. Not in the Old City, but a half-mile or so away, in a delightfully busy, boutiquey, and unique part of the city. My buckwheat crepes with ham and cheese were both delicate and filing. My latte smooth, service attentive, and prices fair. In a city full of amazing restaurants, one could repeat a meal here and hold their heads high.

We tried having Sunday brunch and despite room for our party of 5 across 2 adjoining tables, we were told to wait an indeterminate period for a 6-top to open. When we asked about the 3+2 option, the manager was consulted - then it became clear that bad service starts at the top here! No idea if the food is any good, but the attitudes were so appalling that we'll never give it a try.

Worth the trip. Had 2 crepes - mushroom and bacon/potato for an afternoon lunch with a beer and cider. Crepes were light yet very filling. Did not have a desert crepe. Staff attentive. Location outside of Old Quebec so much more reasonable - just a short walk from our hotel so worked out great.

Wow! Succulent savory crepes! Loved the atmosphere. Sat outside on the terrace located in front of a beautiful old church.

We spent 30 minutes looking for Le Billig and I'm glad we did because WOW. We went only for dessert crepes and I can honestly say it's some of the best dessert I've ever had EVER. I got the caramel crepe and it was delicious, but all of them look amazing, I'd get any of them. But the crepe itself was incredible, each bite was soft, moist, and delicious. You could tell that someone had put a ton of time into this restaurant. I wish I could've come back for dinner because the savory crepes looked awesome as well! 10/10 recommend for dessert!

If I could give a zero rating I would. We came at 2:30 which was hardly a busy time for them and had to wait almost 15 minutes to even be served. After waiting another 45 minutes, I went to check on when our food was coming and they rudely dismissed me saying that it's really busy and the food was coming out soon. We waited so long I had to go put more money in the parking meter. Before I had a chance to return back to the restaurant, my partner came out- turns out they forgot our order and asked us what we ordered. They weren't even sorry about it so we just left. I'm sure this bad review may get lost in their many raving reviews about how good the crepes taste but if you see this, just know that no matter how good the food is, places like this shouldn't get away with such terrible and disrespectful service.

Last night we went to Le Billig Creperie Bistro for a wonderful dinner. It is a popular place and we decided to wait extra time for one of the three window seats. So worth it for the view of the busy street and neighborhood. Tried the sausage and ham crepes, and chocolate crepe dessert with ice cream. Great service too.

A great place for brunch! I had crepes with egg, cheese, and grilled vegetables. So good! Then I ended with a chocolate crepe with bananas and whipped cream. The chocolate was to die for. My tastebuds were on overdrive! The atmosphere and service was outstanding. This was not a commercial spot but a true Quebec restaurant.

Quality French crepes both savoury and sweet. A good range of options, quirky sports themed décor (someone likes the Montreal Impact me thinks...). Servers were friendly and completely bilingual.
