Very convenient and pleasant way to spend an hour before a hockey game. The smells are wonderful and add to the experience. Little Norway was super yummy!

Stopped in at Sawdust for first time recently, and glad we did. Nice selection of core and specialty beers, the usual souvenir items, brewery tours available. Friendly, but a little under-staffed for a weekend. Really enjoyed my flight, the Ol' Woody Alt is superb. I'd recommend this place to anyone seeking a brewery experience, or just a nice cold craft pint.

This place does a great job at BEER. There marketing of the brew is on point! The selection right up front in cans is like nothing i have ever seen in a brewery. Other brewers could learn from this. Each flavor of beer is amazing. I tried the maple butter tart and the raspberry IPA. I wish i had brought more than just one of each home. We were going to stay for lunch but the fry was broken and my son really wanted french fries so we decided to get the beer for home and i was grateful this was an option and the cans are beautiful. My only complaint here is the staff where pretty rude. The girl at the door in the retail area only spoke one word to us which was 'YA', when we had asked her a question, and then gave us our price. It was like we where bothering her. After visiting other local brewers and speaking with more enthusiastic staff who where pleased to have beer lovers in the place, this was a slap.

I make sure that I stop in here for a few pints and some live music when I am in the area every September. They have a large selection of craft beers and often times they have live music too. The music is not excessively loud as it can be at some places that offer live music. I find you can sit at the bar and talk to the bartender or your party without any problems hearing each other. There is a retail store as well where you can purchase a few of their best sellers and other Sawdust City brand items. The only thing it is missing is food!

Been here many times and rave about the beer and food truck. Bar service is excellent and love Jason and Josie's food truck. Brought my mom this wknd Sept 17/17, and everything was great until we purchased some beer and merchandise at the front. The girl at the front cash had a terrible attitude and poor customer service (I think she was new) makes me disappointed that she ruined my experience; only reason I didn't give it 5/5 today.

We stopped here before we had dinner at the Oar and Paddle. Great beer and they had a live band. Definitely worth visiting while in Gravenhurst.

We dropped in for some beers while returning from camping up at Lady Evelyn to downtown Toronto, A worthwhile stop, a good choice of different beer styles and all nicely brewed. Would go back if we are ever in Ontario again!

We found ourselves in this prime Muskoka town on a rainy Sunday and stumbled upon this local brewery. The flight of beers had something for each of us: I favored the lighter Raspberry Rader while my husband, the beer maven in the family, chose the Golden Beach IPA. Flavors change all the time so be adventurous and try your own flight. Check out the short brewery tour with Max whose passion for beer is obvious and even contagious. And stick around for lunch from the food truck.

Great brewery. "The Princess Wears Girl Pants" is one of the best brews I have had the opportunity to enjoy. High percentage of alcohol which makes it even tastier. I visit here to replenish the home inventory whenever I am in town. Never actually sat in and enjoyed the music or food. But, if they do that half as good as they brew, it would be excellent.

I didn't like the beer. I guy was preparing for musicians to come and was testing sound very loudly for an entire hour, driving everybody in the brewery crazy. Can't it be done when there are no visitors (in the morning).

We went with our adult children after dinner on a Sat. night. They had a live blues band that was fantastic. The selection of beer had something for everyone. the bar was clean and did not smell like a brewery. We had a lot of fun and will definitely come back.

This is a pub, brewery store and food combo. The store has a great selection of brews, they also have a food stand outside with things like smoked trout sandwich. The gentlemen who runs it is from Newfoundland, so you can bet the fries are also good. All and all, money well spend on food and beer.

The atmosphere was much more relaxed than another local brewery we attended today. However the stock of merchandise was low and there seemed to a lacking in staff. The testing area was beautifully decorated but a little crowded with the size and placement of table. Wihout having wait ataff there is much confusion and congestion at the bar. The idea of having the food truck deliver food into the testing area is a nice touch. As well it was nice to see people playing board games while drinking their beer.

We enjoyed our stop at Sawdust City. The store is great and the staff are very helpful. We of course love the beer. The tasting room looked good too. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. Love the touch of the giant Muskoka chair outfront... fun for the kids.

Decent beer and a lively atmosphere. For these reasons if ever we were to find ourselves in Gravenhurst again we would be back. The only weirdness - and the reason why it isn't getting a '5' - was the behaviour from a member of the bar staff. Watching him 'work' was comedic, although I'm fairly sure working with him wouldn't be! This, however, is an aside, the problem we had with him was the non-return of change after we'd paid for a round... didn't even ask if we were leaving a tip, he just assumed and took it! As we were going to leave a tip at the end of our stay we didn't make a fuss, still bad ju-ju though.

This charming store consists of locally made old-cottage furniture and accessories, carvings and bric-a-brac. A great place add some of the early Muskoka charm to your cottage. Custom jobs, and off-the-floor items are one of a kind.

Came here after a paddle with friends. We were able to order food from the food truck next door (Excellent) and sample many selections. The staff were great in allowing us to sample to find the right beer to order. Lots to choose from, great long tables and table top games. Will definitely come back.

I stopped by here after having dinner across the street at the Oar and Paddle whereI had one of their beers during my meal. I think it was called 'Ol wood alt and was quite good. I had a sample of their Lone Pine IPA which was very good. Very friendly staff and a nice taproom.
