If you are looking for a good fish food and sea fruit place in Antwerpen, this is one of the best places to come. But beware the price is quite high.

This place is small and packed, even on a "schoolnight". Hopes are up. Had the razor clams. Quite a bit of sand. Didn't finish that. Had a very good bouillabaisse after that. Lemon meringue tart to follow. Food was 70€, bottle of Sancerre 44. Front of house was good. Food hit and miss, especially for the money. Average at best.

I came here with friends and was a big disappointed, we expected something great and was just the opposite... the food unacceptable and the knowledge of seafood of the staff was close to null. The service was very slow and the prices are totally unrelated with what they serve.

Food in here is just delicious! We had the "Plateau Fiskebar chaud", to be honest, the price is a bit steep (120€ for 2 persons) but it really was delicious. Waitresses and waiters are friendly. The restaurant has 2 sections. One is table dining and the other section is with high tables with bar chairs. Make sure to make your reservation on time! They do walk inns too (for the high tables section) but make sure to be there when they open that part of the restaurant! Cause it's packed in no time.

Best fish restaurant in Antwerp! Great food with fresh, good quality fish! Pity they decided to not sell tuna anymore, they had really good tuna steaks! Its a bit difficult to find a place there cause it's small and always full

Started with the Gin FiskeBasil, which is their house cocktail special, it was very refreshing not tasting another G and T. The salmon starter was wonderful and also the sea bass was well prepared and very tasty. A must go in Antwerp if you are into seafood!

We went here a couple of times after our visit in August and it still is one of the best in town. Very friendly staff and food is alwys delicious. I recommend the oysters and the mussles. Bouillabaisse was also very good of taste. Price is a bit above the average, but well spent!

Seafood restaurant annex oyster bar in a delightfully simple setting. Brutally hones fresh fish products, no frills, superb waiters. Try it, no risk!

Everything was splendid, food, decor, staff, wine and atmosphere. Perfect start for a Saturday night. Heard a lot of good things about this place and all is true.

Spent the night running to the toilet. Not what you expect from fresh fish. Until there, although this things shouldn't happen, I still can kind of understand. It wasn't necessarily the restaurants fault. A reseller might have supplied them with products which were not fresh. So, politely, I went back the day after to let them know. And here this is where they lost all points, and this is why I will never go back. Complete indifference. That's the attitude and the answers I received. I wasn't excepting anything, simply a more concerned attitude. A thank you for letting us know, we will look into that and make sure it doesn't happen again, not to you nor to any other of our customers. None of this...

Excellent fish restaurant, small and cosy, friendly staff and great food. Make sure you make a reservation, we have been there on a Wednesday evening and several people were sent off....

Everything is great here! Its a small cozy restaurant, with excellent fish and seafood dishes! Perfectly cooked! Also a very wide selection of wine per glas, the staff will let you try before you choose. Staff is very friendly. Price is a bit on the higher end, but definetly worth it. We had a good time here!

A trendy and cozy place in a nice neighborhood. The fish was amazing, the service even better. The oysters were fresh and super tasty! I like it that they use local fish, and keep endangered species (like tuna) from their menu. The wine was very good, and it was very nice of the staff we could taste it before choosing one. Prices for the food, and the seafood platters are a bit high, but you wont be disappointed by the quality and dining experience. Book ahead, because this place is well known and very popular!

I can highly recommend Fiskebar. The food was great - they have a wide range of both shells, shellfish and fish, and also with daily recommendations. The service too was great, a very personable waiter, and I liked the overall ambiance. Cool but still cozy. Must try!

They serve amazing fish dishes and make creative combinations of food. I really love this location at summertime. On this square you will also find a couple of other restaurants and bars which are popular with the locals and make for a great (summer)atmosphere.

What a privilege to be able to eat a really good meal outside on the street served by attentive waiting staff on a balmy hot summers night. With a back drop of the magnificent and majestic statue in the centre of the roundabout you realise that fine architecture is priceless. Great Plateau Fruits de Mer. Not as big as in some Antwerp fish restaurants but it had very unusual contents. Razor clams and a huge thick shelled clam that I never saw before. What was nice was having space for a desert. Dame Blanche. Divine

The last time I went to the place I could feel that the quality has decreased quite a lot. The current menu is not very tasty (we tried 4 different dishes) and the general opinnion was really bad. I miss the dish with the risotto they used to cook.

Lots of outdoor seating on the perfect evening into dusk. On a circle with monument, bikes, cars and people....and you don't mind any of it! My wife likes everything from the sea. I like cooked white looking fish and some shell fish; I only eat lobster in Maine. Cocktails good sized and delicious. Salads were ordered simple and were delicious, no extra deressing needed. I don't have the time to eat here to totally review every but everything going by looked great. The fellows next to us simply had a salad and two appetizers and that was plenty.
