Vermouth is more than just something you add to a Manhattan. It's a delicious wine and when made by this woman you'll want to drink it all on your own.

Manhattan's only winery where they make some of their own wine but you can make wine here too with your friends. Also one of the best music venues in the city.

This winery uses New York grapes from Long Island and the Finger Lakes to craft amazing wines. Three different wine makers work here so the variety of wines is prolific. Also, they have the most spectacular location on the Liberty Warehouse Pier

This is what happens when gear heads decide to make Vodka. Their custom built equipment is like no other distillery and the vodka it produces is fantastic.

Collaboration of Tom Potter of Brooklyn Brewery and Alan Katz, mixologist and slow food leader. Make Gin's and Rye. The Rock & Rye is a throw back to an old style and is quite delicious. Attached bar the Shanty is a great place to grab a drink.
