The food is exquisite but subtle. As you’d expect at this price point, service is formal, with the requisite fine-dining touches (amuse-bouche, petits fours, etc.). Note: The name is pronounced Yung Shik.
The look is French—black-and-white tiles, tufted banquettes, and chandeliers. Josephine’s outdoor seating is of the French variety—i.e., chairs in rows, with small tables. Note: The minimum order for delivery is $24.
Their creperie, By Suzette, is small but pretty, with at least half of it devoted to the cooking area; a standing counter is in the window. By Suzette is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—or an in-between snack.
