A little taste of Peru. The 'Don Ceviche' (pictured) is... Fresh seabass ceviche in amarillo chilli tiger’s milk, limo chilli, sweet potato and red onions - the fish is raw but 'cooked' in the lime juice, certainly Japanese influenced. Exquisite.
A throwback to when Pie & Mash was just a simple comfort food, unlike the contemporary status it receives as a gourmet dish. No fuss, no frills - Good experience! Had the stewed eel too! Went to the one in Sutton.
