Not a fan of this location or the class. No mirrors, underground, and claustrophobic. I recommend other locations over this one.

The aerial yoga here is amazingggg. Definitely definitely need to take a fundamentals course first, I accidentally started with a flying fitness class and was so lost because the movements are completely different in the hammock. Feel very fancy doing flips and swinging around. You have to learn to trust that the hammock won't betray you and send your head crashing into the ground. They also have delicious varieties of tea.

One of the most beautiful studios I've been to. The L2 classes are great here, as is the Yin Yoga.

Took a Pilates class here. I'd done one other pilates class before and it was a very introductory one. The movements were so small kind of like barre, but damn they requires a lot of work. Nice new space, definitely will be back. Also a Brazilian grocery up on the 8th floor for post Pilates snacks!

I did it at first because COME ON, surfboard workout? This is the closest I'll get to actual surfing living in NYC. Turns out it's a really hard, really enjoyable workout. You're jumping all over the board, doing wobbly squats, trying not to fall on your face, and it's great. My core/abs/gut was like "wtf you tryna kill me?!" Highly recommend.

Dark room and loud, loud music. Def not your meditative, restorative yoga! All workout with none of the spirituality, so great for folks who find it hard to get into that side of yoga. You'll work up a sweat and it's very fast paced so you should know the basic positions before you come in.

Was late (curse you MTA delays!) and they still let me in the class, super nice folks running this place. Give you shoes and a towel for no extra charge. The cycling class was great, it was my first one so I didn't know what to expect. Hard workout, bumping music, dark room. Your butt will hurt the next day.

The the Shrink Session class, which is like cardio aerobics with positive reinforcement mantras. Yup that's right, each class has a different positive theme "accept yourself," "it's a new year," etc. and you'll be saying positive phrases throughout the class along the instructor. It's some nice therapy while you're rocking the aerobic dance moves.

Jiu Jitsu with Jin is great! He's such a good instructor, and deals very well with hopeless newbies such as myself. You might not feel the pain while you're in class because of the adrenaline rush, but believe me you will a few hours after. And you'll probably have a few new bruises.

If you come more than a few times I highly recommend buying your own gloves bc the gloves they give you smell like death and no matter how many times you wash your hands, the smell lingers. Great intense classes, sometimes the instructors punish you w burpees for failing to keep the correct boxing stance so watch out! 💀

The only hot yoga I've actually enjoyed this far. They give you nonslip mats and towels so slipping is (slightly less) of an issue, though with my sweaty hands I still manage to slide all over the place.

A nice range of classes, some are more typical vinyasa, but my fave is the heart opening class focused on stretching out the area that often get constrained sitting in a office chair/looking down at your phone all day. Feels so good.
