One of my fav co-workers just so happens to be married to one of my fav chefs. Chester Gerl of Hundred Acres is part of the collaborative effort behind the Mexican menu at Rosie's (along w/Mark Meyer & Vicki Freeman) Ceviche, tacos, it's all great!
Worked a year at Joe Ng's former home Chinatown Brasserie. His soup dumplings are still the best in town, and Pacman shrimp dumplings make playing with your food cool again. Also an upper east location.
I've worked here for the last 2 years. Simple & seasonal is Jonathan Waxman. Obviously his chicken is great, but don't sleep on skirt steak or braised pork ribs when on the menu. Gnocchi is tough to top. Oh, and save room for Heather Miller's desserts!
