They've got both the regular, conventional Sushi's as well as some really good fusion modern mixes. I think it's the kind of restaurant that kind of caters to all tastes.

Some of the best tuna tartare I've ever had, they do a bit of Thai and a bit of Japanese food here both of which have been delicious.

A very interesting place that does sushi and ramen but places items on a moving belt so that you can grab what you like. I have always had good sushi rolls here.

Nigiri is a very casual restaurant that in addition to sushi also does ramen which is a very excellent pairing.

The restaurant is a bit outside of the city centre but it is worth a trip occasionally. They do serve some excellent sushi but the extensive wine list is what makes this a must try.

The Kimura is rare in that it is actually run by Japanese staff so it is very authentic. It is very close to the Prado the combination of which makes for a great combination.

I love the toro here but everyone should try the butter fish with truffle and the egg sushi with truffle at least once.
