    Only problem is no restrooms for about 6 mi in middle of trail. One just about at rochester start on tienken and one about 1.5 mi in at lake orion. See many people over the years diving into the woods -- David G via Foursquare

    The trail surface for the most part is crushed limestone or recycled asphalt. So a road bike with really narrow tires might not be the best choice. But just about any other bike is fine. -- John Hensler via Foursquare
